Donnie called right away, came out to assess the issue promptly, was able to make a few adjustments initially to get heat back into my house. He recommended fixes that I could afford and made sense to do. He returned with the parts and installed them quickly and cleanly. I recommend Midwest Climate Control to anyone who wants a truly knowledgable professional to address their problems.

Don did a great job installing an operator control for my baseboard heaters. I also asked him for two sets of end caps for my covers, which he said was no problem. On the day of service, he brought the wrong end caps. I got charged $36 for the two sets and was told that he would get the right end caps and drop them off within the next couple of weeks. Never received the caps, and only after working with Servicemagic, I finally got my $36 for the end caps after 5 months. Because of this, I would not recommend Don and Midwest Climate Control. Very poor customer service. Thank you Servicemagic for having Midwest Climate Control pay me the $36.

DIDNT SHOW ON ORIGINAL ESTIMATE DATE OR WORK DATE---DIDNT SHOW ON 2ND DATE DID NOT DO WORK AS I INTRUCTED IN OTHER WORDS I WANTED THE A FRAME FOR THE AIR UNIT CLEANED HE DINT TOUCH IT .HE SAID HE WAS IN A HURRY ,TOOK A BLOWER OPENED FURNACE COVER BLEW IT OF TURNED IT ON THATS IT,BLEW STUFF ALL OVER BATH AREA AND HALL AND DID NOT EVEN ASK IF WE SHOULD IT CLEAN IT UP MAYBE TOOK 20 MINS COST 90 DOLLARS WAS 85 BUT HE DIDNT HAVE CHANGE-- NOW CLEANING THE A FRAME ACCORDING TO OTHERS I HAVE TALKED ON A FURNACE IS A NORMAL PART OF CLEANING ,AS I SAID HE DIDNT EVEN TAKE COVER OFF A FRAME,AND I SAID IF YOU NEED MORE MONEY TO DO IT I WOULDNT WANT HIM BACK IF IT WHERE FREE

Did a very good job on installation and follow up. Just only one objection, the coworker came in to job site with a very strong smell of alcohol. Me be considering not too much drink the night before come to job site.

The installers/technicians did their absolute best for us. They selected the right furnace to meet our needs and corrected any venting and conduit problems they encountered. They went over and above our expectations to make sure the conditions that caused our old furnace to fail would not happen again. I will recommend Midwest Climate Control to all my friends.
