I bought a smart A/C and Furnace on my own. And Donnie was the only one that really knew the technology and installation method. I picked hime after calling and talking to over 30 Hvac companies. He had a great price and really understood how the system works. He took his time and taught me the basics and advanced features.

These guys did a great job replacing my 25 year old furnace with a new high-efficiency one. Donnie came out and explained to me the features of the new furnaces as well as how to reduce the noise from the blower fans. My old one was deafening. He explained all of my options and then let me decide what I wanted. He quoted a good price and was true to the estimated cost. He kept me informed of the day they would come to do the job. He and his assistant worked a full day in pretty adverse conditions. (My basement has a low ceiling and is very cramped and dusty.) They never complained and worked to completion. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service. I will definitely be hiring them for future work, including a new water heater, my next project. These guys are real pros.

This company arrived on time and took much care in cleaning our furnace and air conditioner. They took it all apart and cleaned every part of them carefully. They were very personable and knowledgeable about the systems. Even had them clean the humidifier. It was a total of $190 for all of that. They also have a 15% discount if you join the repair club and the service call goes towards the service call. Service call is $89.95. These guys were great! Would hire them again. We are planning to have them clean our furnace and air annually. Thank you.

Honest reasonable pricing and service

I'm very happy with their service. They were informative, quick & inexpensive.

My experience was not as smooth as it could have been. The first time I made an appointment, I was forgotten about and had to call them to figure out if they were coming or not. Rescheduled for another day and was cancelled on because of another job they were doing. Finally got the work completed on the 3rd appointment date. Quality of work was excellent, and the installer was friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Priced me at $96 dollars an hour + Mats. Seemed a bit expensive, but I was looking for a fast turn around, so didn't bother me much. I would recommend this company, as long as you can get your appointment straight :-)

Don was great to work with--he answered all our questions and showed us how to use the new thermostat.

Don and his crew were very good to work with. Enjoyed the whole experience. Only suggestion would be for them to wear shoe coverings when entering a customers house. Don is a true professional and extremely knowledgable. The quality of his work is terrific. He went above and beyond to fix things that were not done correctly originally in my basement and with my A/C that he noticed while he was installing the boiler for my radiant heat. Don and his team will do all my HVAC work from now on. Will recommend to all of my friends.

Donny came out and quoted me 400-425 Max. Unfortunately, I was not home when the work was completed (wife home); the final bill was to say the least, shocking! ($530.00). Donny failed to tell me there was an $89.00 Service Call���� fee which ultimately, because left out, made Midwest Climate Control the cheapest quote and therefore secured my business. After Calling, Donny Apologized and said he would refund half of the $89.00. Although, not happy, I was willing to accept this offer as after all we are all human. To date, over a month later, still no refund! Flexible,but beware of hidden costs

Very responsive and friendly. Had my A/C problem fixed quickly for a fair price. The next time I have HVAC problems, I'm going to hire Midwest Climate Control again.
