I can't say enough about Adrian and his Mcraft crew. It is a family owned and operated business and they bring a tremendous work ethic, courteousness, and commitment to professionalism to every aspect of their work. Adrian was able to meet me for an estimate on short notice. Before the project began, Adrian worked with me to structure the scope of project and interface with other phases of our remodel (e.g., painting). We were due to have a baby and so it was very important that the project be completed quickly. Adrian gave me an estimate and told me he would do everything in his power to have it completed ahead of time (which usually means it will not be completed ahead of time). However, Adrian worked long hours (including Easter Sunday) to ensure the project was completed ahead of schedule. The project looks absolutely beautiful and you can really tell Adrian cares about the quality of his work. It was a difficult job in that we had red wood floors and wanted to reduce the red hue of the floors, which Adrian was able to accommodate. There was a water spot in an area of the flooring that we had not contracted for Adrian to fix and Adrian nonetheless repaired it for us. From beginning to end, we were extremely happy with our choice and would recommend Mcraft to anyone.

Did not end up using this service, but they were very professional and courteous, and provided very detailed information on their process. We would consider using them in the future.

Adrian responded quickly to our initial call quickly and we were able to set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. At that time he thoroughly explained the process, discussed our choices, and made recommendations. Once he started the job, he and his sons always showed up exactly when they said they would (usually 7:00 a.m.) and kept us apprised of what they planned to do each day. They never wasted time and their work is meticulous. They vacuum and mop as they go and at the end of each day and we really didn't notice any extra dust in the house at all. You should be aware that the process generates several large bags of waste (like sawdust) which they will put at the curb. Although they were not the lowest price, their professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality of work make them a good value. We now have stunning floors and highly recommend M Craft.

M Craft is prompt and professional. Work was completed within a few days. The floors were sanded beautifully. The equipment used collects the dust, leaving no mess on my walls or windows. Several coats of sealer later, the floors shine like new. (Actually the floors are 50 years old!) I have used M Craft several times and will continue to use this company.

M Craft (Adriane and his sons) came HIGHLY recommended to us by a neighbor of ours who had just used them to completely refinish the floors and railings In their home and with no mess! They couldn't say enough about how pleased they were with their work so we decided to give them a shot. We could not be more happy with the outcome! The guys were not only promp and professional in every way, the floors could not have turned out more beautiful and best of all, it truly was a dustless process!! Adriane and his sons took every measure to cover, protect and clean every surface as they worked and their equipment used large filters that caught every bit of dust as the floors were sanded. They were meticulous in their workmanship and didn't miss a square inch! We simply can't say enough about these gentlemen, it was such a pleasure having them in our home, their integrity and high standards are a rarity and we will use them and refer them every chance we get!

Adrian visited my home and reviewed the two bedroom floors to be done. He explained all the steps that would need to be done. The time that each step would take and materials used at each step. This gave me a firm time line from the beginning to the end when the job is done. This allowed me to arrange my home schedule around his work which I appreciated very much. Adrian gave me choices of coating material that could be used and explained the differences so I could decide myself. He always cleaned up after each days work as the job was spaced over several days. This allowed for curing of the stain and hardening of the top coating. Adrian's group repaired several floor deflects and water stains as part of the work. My two floors are beautiful and will last for many years. I will definitely use M Craft again as I have another wood floor that needs to be refurbished.

M Craft exceeded my expectations. I spent over 50 years in the building materials business, primarily as a supplier of high end high quality wood components to residential construction projects. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly professional company - M Craft. Adrian and his sons refinished our beautiful Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors and made moving into our condo less stressful than anticipated. The attention to detail, excellent communication, cleanliness, all attributed to an experience that exceeded our expectations. I can not say enough FANTASTIC things about them. Their work was impeccable. I was in a time crunch and he got the work done for me in the time frame I needed. He matched the color of the floors to our two other bedrooms perfectly. I have no idea how they performed the work and left our house so clean...but they did. There was seriously minimal dust after they left each day. I have the summers off so I was in and out of my house while they were working. However, I would not hesitate to leave them alone all day if I was at work. Our next project is to refinish our stairway, floors on our first level and add floors in our family room. I will not even consider having anyone else but M Craft touch my floors. I highly, highly, highly recommend Adrian and his sons without any hesitation whatsoever. I only wish he did whole home remodeling as I would use him in a heartbeat. Trust me you want to hire this company!!!!

M Craft was recommended to us by a family member and their work did not disappoint. They kept us informed prior to doing the work so we knew where we stood in their schedule. In the initial consultation they explained everything they would do and I was able to ask any questions I had. They were always prompt, courteous and professional. They worked all day with few or no breaks. They kept us informed as to what they had done and were going to do each day they worked. They kept their work site clean and organized and there was always great attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to anyone. It was obvious that customer service was very important to them.

The color of the hardwood was lighter before they refinished it. Adrian was very helpful throughout the whole process. He recommending the color and finish. We were very thankful for his help and the finished product. He willing to chat about any of it at any time and he was able to get this done within a week. If your looking for someone to get your floors refinished I would highly recommend M Craft!!

I was quite impressed with the work performed by Adrian and his crew. Quite professional and hard-working and at the same time, responsive to my questions/ concerns. What distinguished them even more from other providers I spoke with- was Adrian's knowledge of what he had to do, the materials needed, him explaining the options I had regarding the flooring and his enthusiasm to take it up as soon as possible. Having had a very positive experience with M Craft two years ago, I was already fully aware of their expertise and craftsmanship in hardwood floor finishing and installation. After recently hiring them a second time, I was able to confirm that they are equally skillful when installing laminate flooring as well. The project went very smoothly from beginning to end. I received great suggestions on how to select the best material for my purposes. During the installation, the owner team, led by Adrian Sr., showed keen attention to detail when cutting and installing flooring material and trim; and they were able to find excellent solutions when dealing with unique architectural features. Their professional demeanor, personalized attention, and ability to listen to the customer’s input and respond with a “can do” attitude make them a real pleasure to work with. I recommend M Craft without reservations (Adrian -- I am happy to serve as an email reference for any potential future clients). I had re-staining done on 1800 sq feet, including three flights of stairs. While the price is not cheap, it was well worth the quality. 1) Results. The color is deep, even throughout, and true to what I had in mind. The sanding process was done well, no flat spot or any signs of undulations. M Craft was careful to not damage the property, such as the floorboards or any appliances that required moving. The above applies to every corner, stair, closet, and surface. 2) Professionalism. a) Before. M Craft responded promptly, and worked with my schedule to provide an estimate. They took the time to explain every detail of the process, and made sure that I knew what was paid for. b) During. Work was completed on schedule. Daily updates were provided, and they were always reachable. c) After. Detailed instructions were provided to maintain the floor. They even dropped by to provide extra support while the walls were repainted. M Craft worked on good faith, and did not collect a single dollar until the job was complete. This is a mark of a professional that takes pride in their work product

So combing through the dozens of floor guys in my area I landed on M Craft. I recently purchased a home and the bedroom/media room floors were down to bare wood and in desperate need of sand/refinish. I contacted Adrian about 3 weeks in advance and setup an appointment for my closing date. Adrian stayed in touch and arrived that day with his son. The quote went smoothly and he was able to give pricing on multiple parts of the job. He took measurements, we talked work and craftsmanship philosophy, and he presented a proposal within a few hours. He came in a little higher than competing bids but after our discussion I attributed that to his craftsmanship i.e. "You Get what you pay for". I contacted him that night and he and his crew were at the house at 730am ready to work. This went on for 5 days. Sanding was the majority of the time, and the final 2 days were applying the 3 coats of stain. The process was dustless and I mean "dustless". I had the rooms painted afterwards with no issues. Adrian runs his equipment off your main electrical feed (Your electrical box in the basement), and leaves the sawdust with the customer to dispose of on your town's waste pickup day. Adrian's attention to detail, craftsmanship, and work ethic have earned my admiration. He takes the job seriously and takes care of your floors like they are his own. I would not hestitate hiring M Craft again and plan to do so for another project in the future. Hire this company, you will not be sorry

I can not recommend them enough- they came when they said, they worked long days finishing before promised, keeping me up to date on every stage, and providing updates each day. Most importantly, the finished product is beautiful. They also provided plenty of advice on care and maintenance.

Adrian (M Craft) tried 4 stain colors to give us the best match to our family room. Ultimately, my husband and I decided that we needed to lay the same type of wood down as our family room and asked Adrian to re-figure our estimate to include his labor of laying down new wood. Adrian felt that our remaining dining room and hallway was in good shape and only needed a buffing with top coats. We appreciate Adrian's honesty and he and his son did a beautiful job laying the new wood and the buffing. We also asked Adrian to stain 5 wood registers to match our wood. We are very happy with M Craft services and highly recommend their work, honesty and felt comfortable having them in our home.

Adrian and team did a fantastic job on our floors! They were cost-effective, transparent, and professional. We plan on using them again!

Adrian and his crew were great to work with and provided an outstanding finished product. We were worried about the transition from new wood in the dining room to the existing refinished wood in the kitchen. But after Adrian and his crew finished you would never know they were installed at the same time. During the process we were unsure of the color and were looking for a bolder look. After showing Adrian pictures of the desired look, he suggested we water pop the floor to achieve the look we wanted. He was 100% correct the floor was exactly what we were looking for and we love it. Cost was competitive with market, but the quality and attention to detail provided by Adrian is unmatched. Overall M Craft Company is a great choice and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! Adrian was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We had never had flooring re-finished or added so he walked us through each step in the process to make sure we knew what to expect. Adrian even ran to Home Depot for us to get a hook up kit for our new oven because we didn't get one. We didn't even ask him to- he did it on his own. I was very impressed with his service and quality of work and highly recommend him. I hated my old floor color and (disgusting) carpeting but now it looks amazing. It truly changes the whole house. I am so happy with his work that I actually wrote a review- something I never do!

M Craft did an outstanding job for us. Adrian and his team have tremendous passion for their craft and the end result was even better than what we initially hoped for. We needed all of our flooring stained darker and refinished and needed the flooring work to co-ordintate with painting and some other work at our house. M Craft was flexible in their scheduling and provided daily updates on progress so we could keep all work on track. In addition, M Craft gave us numerous options on colors and railing choices but also was able to make recommendations, all of which turned out to be spot on. I highly recommend M Craft if you are looking the highest quality flooring work.

I can't say enough about this company. We had over 600 square feet and 11 stairs in good shape but showing some wear and scratches and the floor color was not attractive. I was nervous because this is a big project but the experience from the original quote (which came in right on target) to the final product was great! I had several quotes and even though M Craft came in higher, after meeting with Adrian, I knew this was the only way for us to go. Adrian thoroughly explained the process and I was comfortable with what they were doing every step of the way. His crew was polite and respectful of my home. I was promised beautiful floors and that is exactly what I got. I could not be happier. When my daughter saw the finished product she asked if I had changed my mind and had all new floors installed. Can't get much better than that! I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Our first time meeting he even brought me a Starbucks gift card, so he already knew the way to my heart. He and his sons were so hard working, they even came on Saturdays. Adrian was meticulous not only about the work but about cleaning up each day. The project took a long time as it was a large undertaking, but Adrian was just great with my kids and I actually missed him and his sons when the project was over. I cannot recommend M Craft highly enough. We are so happy with how it turned out, our house looks beautiful!
