The owner Adrian did a great job on our floors. It looks beautiful and we get compliments every time someone visits our home. Adrian was extremely professional he explained every step of the process. He really takes the time to understand each of your need and applies the right solution to make your house look great!

MCraft did a phenomenal job refinishing my kitchen floors, which were quite worn after 20 years. Adrian, the owner, and his team were at my home on time each day and paid meticulous attention to the details, involving me in all decisions, and showing demonstrating three different variations of the stain color for my floor.. They moved my washer, dryer and refrigerator and replaced to ensure no damage to the newly finished floor. There was no mess at all, as they covered all of my kitchen cabinets and sealed off all entryways leading to the kitchen. On their last day, they spent a few hours cleaing my baseboards and removing all of their coverings. I didn't have to do anything. My kitchen looks brand new. They are the real deal, and they were so nice. I wouldn't think of using anyone else in the future.

Wonderfully. Adrian stayed within budget. Showed up on time. Explained what he was doing and why. Showed us how to care for the floors. Even helped me with some tips on how to fix some issues with the original installation that were outside the scope of his work. We will hire Adrian again when it is time to refinish the floors on the main level.

Flooring in my first floor was a bit dated and was a combination of Hardwood, tiles and Carpet. Adrian and his team replaced it with unfinished Red oak hardwood and finished it in place. Working with the MCraft team was a very positive experience for the following reasons - Adrian walked me through the different types of hardwood flooring, their relative cost and the pros/cons of each. -Adrian provided a reasonable quote and stuck to it- not a nickel and dime approach - I found Adrian, both his sons and the rest of the team to be very helpful, polite, punctual, flexible and hardworking - Adrian and his team knew what they were doing-they are experts in hardwood - Adrian set clear expectations and made sure he honored all commitments. If you are considering installing new hardwood floors, do talk to Adrian- you will not be disappointed.

Adrian is AMAZING! From the very early steps of the process to the very last, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the work is OUTSTANDING! We could not be any more pleased with every aspect of the project - including how the work turned out. Adrian and his crew renovated, secured, stripped, and restained our main staircase which is about 130 years old. When first toured the house to buy it, we fell in love with the staircase. When it was apparent that we had to restore the staircase, we searched for the right people to help us. We received several quotes and suggestions of what to do. Adrian was the only one who viewed the job the same way we did - don't just rip it all out (or parts of it) and build a perfect new one, but restore the beautiful piece we fell in love with. In light of the agreement on the vision for the job, and the fact that we really liked Adrian from the very beginning, it really was no question of who we would use. And we are so glad we did! Adrian was very upfront about the extent of restoration needed and that it would be an ongoing process based on what they found when the project started. Despite encountering several problems along the way, Adrian kept us posted about progress and asked for preferences when decisions needed to be made. If something was not exactly correct, it was redone or another workable solution was found. When the stain we chose was not correct (they caught this and immediately stopped work to discuss it with us), they started again. It really was not an issue - Adrian insisted on a new stain since it was apparent the color would not match. In the end, we have a staircase that almost exactly matches the 130 year old spinals, railings, and pillars. Simply amazing! It really is breathtaking. We are in awe. If you are wondering if you should reach out to Adrian, PLEASE do! He will give you honest answers that take into account the economic realities we all face. He is super ethical in his dealings. He is direct in offering suggestions, solutions, and his opinions. And his work ethic, and that of his sons and crew, is beyond reproach. So so so glad we found Adrian! We will absolutely have him do all of our floor/wood work in the future! We will also be shouting his praises for years to come! Call him. You will not regret it

I had a massive leak in my home and there were areas of hardwood that needed to be replaced. The guys at M Craft did a great job of matching the stain and finish. You can’t tell the old from the new!

Adrian was great to work with. He explained all work that was to be done taking a great deal of time to answer all our questions and to address our concerns. His work was excellent and we now have floors that look almost new in our 60 year old house. Both Adrian and his crew were very professional, always on time, very polite and it was a joy to work with them. Cost of our job was slightly higher than other estimates but the professionalism and superior work we received was well worth the slight difference, I would definitely recommend M-craft and Adrian to anyone looking to have floors refinished.

I am extremely happy with the work Adrian and his team did. What I wanted most of all was a quality job and they exceeded my hopes. They took up my carpeting, re-nailed the old floor for squeaks, installed 2 rooms of hardwood flooring, sanded and re-stained the existing entryway hardwood, installed very nice baseboard, and 3 completely redid 3 staircases with a bannister. I would recommend M Craft to anyone.

Adrian, the owner of mCraft, and his crew, were excellent in everything they did. Our floor was 24 years old and had a polyurethane coat on it which made it harder to remove. They did an excellent job with it. He communicated with us through all phases of the refinishing, and explained how we should treat the floor after the first two coats of finish were applied, such as wearing only socks and making sure we covered it with masonite so that the workmen did not damage it in any way. Adrian and his crew takes a personal interest in every floor they work on and treats it as if it were their own. They were all very conscientious down to the last detail in the process. The final coat was done after all the cabinets and countertops were in but not before the buffing was done by hand. After that, the appliances were delivered and we took extra care, at Adrian's request to make sure there were no scratches caused by the delivery men. We cannot say enough superlatives about Adrian and his crew. We highly recommend them to all our friends and family. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Adrian and his team are the consummate professionals in every sense of the word. Their technical expertise, tradesmanship, and their customer service was unlike anything I'd experienced before when it comes to the trades industry. Not only do our floors look amazing, but it was truly and enjoyable experience. Really! Adrian and his team sent me nearly daily texts with updates. When I had questions, I was able to send him a text or call and received timely (usually immediate) responses. When we changed our plans mid project, he took time with me to troubleshoot our best option. Although I felt bad for changing the plans after the work began, he reminded me that I was the customer and that his job was to respond accordingly and to ensure we are ultimately happy. That is exactly what occurred. It also involved him working around and collaborating with some other workers (dry wall, painters, etc). After the project was complete, I called him twice to ask questions about care for the floors and about a unique situation concerning other work in the home which might impact the floors. Again, he took time to speak with me and seemed sincerely happy to do so. I wish M Craft did other work besides flooring. I'd hire them to do anything, based solely on their general customer service, attention to detail, and personal skills. Rarely do I offer an endorsement or make recommendations such as this. However, Adrian and M Craft are as good as it gets. I can't imagine it could get better than them!

Our floors look absolutely stunning! Adrian and his team truly transformed the entire look of our home. They were incredibly professional, timely and communicated throughout the entire process. I would definitely refer M Craft to anyone I know who is in the market for hardwood flooring/refinishing. I cannot wait to use them again on future projects.

I can't say enough about Adrian and his Mcraft crew. It is a family owned and operated business and they bring a tremendous work ethic, courteousness, and commitment to professionalism to every aspect of their work. Adrian was able to meet me for an estimate on short notice. Before the project began, Adrian worked with me to structure the scope of project and interface with other phases of our remodel (e.g., painting). We were due to have a baby and so it was very important that the project be completed quickly. Adrian gave me an estimate and told me he would do everything in his power to have it completed ahead of time (which usually means it will not be completed ahead of time). However, Adrian worked long hours (including Easter Sunday) to ensure the project was completed ahead of schedule. The project looks absolutely beautiful and you can really tell Adrian cares about the quality of his work. It was a difficult job in that we had red wood floors and wanted to reduce the red hue of the floors, which Adrian was able to accommodate. There was a water spot in an area of the flooring that we had not contracted for Adrian to fix and Adrian nonetheless repaired it for us. From beginning to end, we were extremely happy with our choice and would recommend Mcraft to anyone.

Did not end up using this service, but they were very professional and courteous, and provided very detailed information on their process. We would consider using them in the future.

Adrian responded quickly to our initial call quickly and we were able to set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. At that time he thoroughly explained the process, discussed our choices, and made recommendations. Once he started the job, he and his sons always showed up exactly when they said they would (usually 7:00 a.m.) and kept us apprised of what they planned to do each day. They never wasted time and their work is meticulous. They vacuum and mop as they go and at the end of each day and we really didn't notice any extra dust in the house at all. You should be aware that the process generates several large bags of waste (like sawdust) which they will put at the curb. Although they were not the lowest price, their professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality of work make them a good value. We now have stunning floors and highly recommend M Craft.

M Craft is prompt and professional. Work was completed within a few days. The floors were sanded beautifully. The equipment used collects the dust, leaving no mess on my walls or windows. Several coats of sealer later, the floors shine like new. (Actually the floors are 50 years old!) I have used M Craft several times and will continue to use this company.

M Craft (Adriane and his sons) came HIGHLY recommended to us by a neighbor of ours who had just used them to completely refinish the floors and railings In their home and with no mess!
