Adrian and his crew did another fantastic job. After putting beautiful hardwoods in all my bedrooms about a year ago, we had Adrian and his team back to redo our stairs. We couldn't be more pleased with results. The stairs, the landing, posts and spindles were all redone and/or replaced - and there is nothing we would change. We especially appreciated the attention to detail to ensure a quality job. The crew was always respectful of our home and worked very expeditiously to finish the job and minimize disruptions. Highly Highly recommend.

This is a follow up to my earlier review when Adrian refinished half of my first floor and put in new flooring and matched the stain for the balance of the floor in the Fall of 2020. I wanted to replace the carpet on the second floor with carpet but Adrian did such a fabulous job for the first floor that my wife wanted to see if it made sense to go with hard wood again. My biggest concern was the time and the dust as we continued living in the house. Adrian had already addressed the concern about dust when he redid the first floor and I was amazed with the little amount of dust his super high end machines emitted. He promised me to try and get the job done in a week. Needless to say, he delivered with flying colors. I have already detailed my experience with him in my earlier review (he is a “craftsman” who takes pride in his work and doesn’t try to cut corners). He doubled up the crew the first couple of days to remove the carpet, the prep and installing new wood and finished the job in under a week. The floor looks fabulous. Adrian was excellent to work with, and the work he and his team did was absolutely top notch. He really took the time to help me through a difficult home remodel that had some serious flooring issues. I've gotten so many compliments on the new floor and am extremely happy at the results. I would definitely use M Craft again.

Adrian and his sons of MCraft did an outstanding job refinishing my hardwood floors. I was dreading this job, knowing how messy and smelly it would be. But my experience with MCraft exceeded all of my expectations. First of all, I am a clean freak and dreaded the mess and dust I knew would fill my house. To my surprise there was minimal dust, and they vacuumed what there was thoroughly at the end of each day. They actually left my house cleaner than when they started. They did such a perfect job that I didn't even need to touch up the paint on my baseboards! Their equipment is top-of-the-line and the end result proves it. Also their attention to detail was very impressive. Not to mention their pricing is very competitive. Now to the end result: my floors are absolutely gorgeous. I chose the color graphite, which gives a more contemporary look to my floors. I have gotten raving compliments from everyone who has seen them. Every time I look at them I smile!

Outstanding job. Adrian treated this project as if he was working on his own home. The quality and attention to detail was phenomenal. He encountered unexpected and unique challenges with how my stairs were built and he took the extra time to make sure his installation work would look perfect. If you are looking for fast, MCraft may not be the best choice....but if you want the greatest quality at a very reasonable price...this is the company. I would recommend Adrian to anyone.

Adrian is absolutely wonderful. We hired him to install and stain new hardwood flooring in our family room and refinish the existing floor in the kitchen to match. Adrian is 100% worth every penny...you get what you pay for. He is super thorough and meticulous and takes pride in his work. He doesn’t cut corners. The final product is so beautiful, you will not be disappointed!! He is a very genuine guy and I highly recommend taking his advice when it comes to flooring...he definitely knows what he is doing. Adrian is super transparent and communicative, leaves zero mess (even with a refinish), and sticks to the timelines he tells you. We cannot say enough great things about Adrian, the work he does is just flawless. We will be hiring him again to replace our existing staircase as well as install and stain hardwood flooring throughout our upstairs. I promise You will not be disappointed if you hire him!!!!

Talked to a friend a while back about pulling up some carpet and going back to the hardwood floors from when the house was new in the 50s. He gave me Adrian's number to call when the time came. The time came and I decided to pull up the carpet that was there for 45 years hoping to just polish the wood and be done. I wasn't so lucky, 45 years had rubbed off the shine down to the bare wood in some places. Other places had various stains from water, pets or who knows what. None of the floors had the same color any more. My hope of just some polish and buffing didn't come true. I pulled out Adrian's number and gave him a call. I received an immediate response. It was just a short time before I had an estimate, then Adrian and his team were at my house to start the work. Once he started, I was always kept updated with what was going on. His work was amazing. The stains are gone and everything matches and I could not be happier with how well everything turned out. It was such a pleasure to work with Adrian. He takes such pride in his work and his work ethic of doing everything on time, while always staying in touch. I look forward to working with Adrien again in the future.

Adrian and his team did a phenomenal job demoing our current floor & installing new luxury vinyl flooring. He kept our house extremely clean all considering ripping up tile & wood. He also continued to keep my wife and I in the loop on day to day work & revised time frames as we went. He is a master at his craft and we couldn’t be happier how our new floor & staircase came out!

Only one word to describe Adrian’s workmanship - fantastic. I got a quote from a lot more contractors than I normally do (probably six) and although Adrian was a little more expensive vs the others (who were all in a tight range), I felt Adrian’s “pitch” to be very honest. He acknowledged that he could be a little more expensive but that’s because he uses the top quality material and “does it right”. He also addressed my primary concern about the dust being created for finishing the wood in the house vs getting prefinished wood and installing it. He claimed that there would be very little dust vs what you normally get in the house. I was skeptical before the project but at the end of the 2 1/2 weeks I wholeheartedly agree and the primary reason is the equipment he uses - it’s top of the line. Other comments: - he is meticulous - when he realized that the prior owner’s refrigerator was leaking water and thus damaged the wood, he without hesitation removed the wood and then the subfloor which was rotten (for which he didn’t charge me extra either!). He did not try to cut corners - period - he is extremely punctual and exactly told me when he would start the project, when he would be coming in and leaving, etc. - he was patient in giving my wife the time and space to make a decision on what stains she wanted to go with - he is extremely clean and cleans up each day after he is done. - he himself or sometimes one of his sons were always on the job so there is personal supervision. My wood flooring looks breathtaking and it’s quite obvious that it’s because Adrian takes so much pride in his workmanship. I am so happy with what he did that I am going to be even giving him the contract to finish the entire second floor instead of just replacing it with carpet even though it will cost me much more. You won’t regret your decision!

Adrian was fantastic! The results were very high quality. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Replaced our floor with new hardwood in our primary bedroom and into our upstairs hallway. What I loved the best was fantastic transitions from hardwood into bed and tile look amazing. Those little details just make the whole thing look so great.

Adrian's team did an amazing job installing the vinyl floor in our living room. They got everything done in under 2 days with no disruption to our day to day. Both Adrian and his team have be super professional throughout the process from quoting to installation. They set realistic expectations upfront and helped us better understand the process. I wanted to replace the carpet floor in the bedrooms with hardwood floor for a new 2 bedroom condo and also replaced the baseboard through the unit. I interviewed 5 companies, all of which have good review on Angie’s List. I picked M Craft out of them and I am very pleased with my choice. My Craft did live up to their good reviews and are responsive to customer needs. I lived in apartments before with carpet floor only and don’t really know anything about hardwood floor until this installation. I felt that I knew more about hardwood floor than 3 other companies. One person did not even know that there was not a layer of plywood underneath my carpet floor after the consultation and this company has close to 300 A in their review. I found that out when I discovered that there was no plywood charge in the quote. M Craft’s charge is also fair. Another company has the same proposal as M Craft but charged 50 % more and was 40 minutes late to our appointment without notification. M craft’s team was always punctual and responded to calls, emails, text messages timely. Adrian, the owner, was flexible and willing to accommodate to customer’s needs. I just bought this condo in winter. The gas company forgot to process my order to switch the gas service to me and the unit had no heat when M Craft was supposed to start the installation. It is necessary to acclimate the wood to room temperature. The gas company could not send people to turn on the gas until almost a week later and Adrian was very understanding and tried to work around the schedule. When I told Adrian not to move my fridge back to the kitchen so that my handyman could do repair after the floor installation, Adrian also provided me some eucaboard to move my fridge into the kitchen without damaging the floor. He took time to explain to me any concerns and provide good recommendations. Adrian is knowledgeable in his field. I ended up replacing the entire unit with new hardwood floor because it is not possible to maintain the same level as the living room if I just replaced the carpet floor in the bedrooms. Because the price M Craft charged was fair and reasonable, I replaced the entire unit for more aesthetic value. Adrian also cared to use quality material. Now I have nice solid hard wood floor throughout my unit.

The project was great from start to finish. Adrian cares about his work and he is the best at what he does. I have already recommended him to multiple friends.

If you are looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST experience, look no further!! Adrian and his son are a family business and have been installing and refinishing floors for many, many years. I called Adrian because of all the positive on-line reviews and I was not disappointed - he lived up to expectations on all counts. I am a very picky person and have high standards, and Adrian exceeded expectations in every way. He takes great pride in his work and it shows!! Furthermore, Adrian genuinely wants the customer to be happy. From the first contact, Adrian is exceptionally responsive and honest and client-centered in every interaction. He explained the process at our first meeting, and took time every day to let me know how things were progressing and what to expect the next day. He and his son installed new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms (ranch home) and matched them up to existing wood floors in the rest of the house (where he refinished the floors). The work was impeccable!!! He recommended the perfect stain and finish because he really listened to what I wanted. He was patient with me and an absolute delight to work with every step of the way. We have already recommended him to friends and are already planning to have him back to refinish our railing and install new iron posts.

Look no further for your flooring contractor. M Craft is the one you want. We had our wood floors refinished in four bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and two hallways. Most of our floors were 50+ years old and one was 25+ years old. They look brand new now. Adrian is the owner of the company and works with his sons and other employees. He was very professional, always returning calls/texts and the crew showed up on time every day until the project was completed. He communicated well as the project progressed and happily answered our questions. His prices were very fair, and they used high-quality tools and equipment, which left remarkably little to no dust in the house. They were very respectful of our home, protected adjacent areas with blankets and plastic, and they did a nice job cleaning up and vacuuming at the end of each day. They were very meticulous in their work and went above and beyond to repair the wear and tear on the floors and even carefully moved furniture and appliances. Adrian worked with us to find the right stain colors and select the final finish, even staining a section of the floor with different colors so we could choose the one we liked best. They used a water-based stain and three topcoats, which resulted in very little fumes and odors. We were able to gently walk on the floors (socks only) after 3-4 hours. We have zero reservations in recommending M Craft to our family and friends.
