He was always on time, professional and courteous. I have never seen anyone take so much pride in his work. There was absolutely no dust while he was working and every time he left my home, he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. On the last day, he put the refrigerator and stove back before buffing and applying the last coat of varnish. This job took him 2 and a half days to finish everything, stain,3 coats of varnish. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He delivered what he promised and more. My husband and I are extremely satisfied, our floors never looked better, they look beautiful! We would highly recommend him to anyone, I am sure they would be highly satisfied as we are. .

Adrian and his team did the excellent job on my first floor Laminate installation. Easy to works with and the work is professional and trustworthy service with the right price. Adrian and his crew were excellent to work with. They were informative, experienced - gave good advice when we were choosing a stain color, professional, and reliable, always showing up when they said they would. They also did a good job respecting furniture and area they were working on which was important because we just finished some renovations. The work was done well and efficiently. The floors are beautiful. Definitely had a great experience with them!

Adrian was very responsive via phone and arranged a time to come over to give us a free estimate. He was very knowledgeable and we liked him right away. He gave us the many options available to us, made measurements and give us an estimate right there. He was extremely straight forward with us and we trusted him right away. We agreed on the wood type and stain color and finish and decided over night to go ahead and give our business to Adrian and M Craft Company and we are so glad we did! He was at our home the minute he said he would be and finished on time. His work is beautiful and he was neat and clean. We had heard horror stories about the amount of dust etc. and somehow, he kept it totally contained. We had no dust issues at all. I had concerns about our dog in the home while work was being done and when I consulted with Adrian he was so helpful in explaining exactly, step by step, what he would be doing etc. so that I could decide what to do with the dog. The floors are pristine and beautiful and we are so thrilled with the work this gentleman and his son did for us. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was refered to M Craft by a good a friend and am glad I took the reccomendation. As usual with construction projects I was short on time. I made the call to M Craft and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on my job. The owner of the company showed up on time and gave me a very fair estimate. He was also very helpful in picking out the stain and took the time explain the scope of my repair. The floor was in terrible condition and quite frankly I thought much if not all of it would have to be replaced. He could have very easily tried to sell me a new hardwood floor. Instead he assured me that he could repair the damaged boards and relace only a few. I feel this saved me a considerable amount of money. We they agreed on a date to do the job and he was able to accomadate my lack of time. The job went smooth as the workers showed up on time and did an excellent job. I have many tradesman work in my house and I have a pet peeve about cleanliness. Not only were the workers pleasent and competent in thier work - they were extremely clean and seemed to have a great respect for my home and they were friendly and not bothered to field my endless barage of questions. In summary, I feel M Craft did a fantastic job on my floors at a very fair price. I think they have a great respect for the homes they are working and take great pride in the work they do. I have had more complements on my floors than any other area of my completely rehabbed house. I would not hesitate to reffer M Craft to any friend or family memeber who has flooring needs.

Ardian and his sons did a fantastic job. I just bought the home and had all my furnature in storage and was living in a hotel until the floors were redone. They arrived as planned on the day I purchased the home and worked the weekend and completed the job on time. After they pulled the carpet the found some additional work where the floor had be patched poorly sometime in the past they did a remarkable job of patching in new oak flooring - cannot even see there is a patch. They crafted grates, replaced subfloors, replaced damaged moldings helped with our color and finish selection. Very organized, cleaned up the job site at the end of every day. It was obvious they had years of experience. Basicall these guys were the most professional and hard working contractors I have ever hired. The floors look outstanding and far exceeded my expectation!

Adrian the owner is just amazing. He works with you on color finish and most importantly on price to fit your budget. The installation was tight and perfect. The air ducts were routed perfectly and fir terrific. The stain matches the existing floor nicely. He uses dustless sanders and what ever dust does get out he cleans up. He crew is great too. very patient with all our questions and concerns. They work hard for your satisfaction and will not stop until you are completely happy with there job. I highly recommend them with any hardwood flooring job.he has every single possible tool to complete the job. He provides the stain and varnish. He will go out and get samples for you to check out first. He does a great job on the moldening shoe. He moves the frniture with care. They are prompt and curteous beyond belief. The price is better then anyone we found. Believe me he can charge a whole lot more for his service. He is a total perfectionist...He even helped me get the lumber and bring it home. IF i can rate him AAA then I would but this site only allows for A. Bootm line is a great great job you will love for sure at a price your wallet will love more!!

Adrian is a true professional who knows his craft. He is always responsive, on time, and courteous. He thoroughly explained the scope of work involved and potential risks as the floors were in poor condition. The transformation is amazing. I am thrilled with the result and so glad I went with Adrian's recommendations for stain color and finish. He went to great lengths to abide by all the condo regulations, the noise and dust were minimal, and the smell was practically a non issue. Excellent work overall. There was water damage to the floor in the Kitchen, which required extra attention. The boards came loose but Adrian was able to repair and make adjustments with limited options as I was not in a position to purchase a new floor. I would definitely recommend his work.

Adrian was a true professional. We are very happy with the work he provided and have already asked him to look at doing some additional work in our home soon. The quality of the oak hardwood that he used was outstanding. He took the time to seal off other rooms of the house with plastic and took great care to maintain a clean work environment each day. His dustless sanding was perfect. We never noticed any dust in the other areas of our house. He also took great care to prepare large samples of color for us to evaluate before selecting a final stain color. This is important as the same stain can look different on different types of wood and even on different boards in the same batch of flooring. The total job was complete in a little over two days. We are very happy with his work and proud of our new floors. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for a a quality flooring installation.

We contacted Adrian just 2 weeks prior to moving into our new house. The house had hardwood floors throughout except the kitchen and bathrooms. He came and gave us few reasonable options in terms of pricing and quality. We troubled him a lot when deciding color, we changed the color at last minute but he was very patient and even accommodated all our changes. He started the work immediately and promised to finish before my move in date. To our surprise, he did finish everything and the house looked beautiful and perfect. Adrian is very professional and even finished the work in 3 days! I would use them again for sure! If you use Adrian, you will not be disappointed.

They arrived promptly on time. They were very careful not to damage anything when they were bringing in their equipment. They were extremely respectful in regards to setting everything up and asking where things were such as the electric box for cinnecting their equipment. They explained every step of what was to be done and checked to see if we had any questions before they started. Something else that really impressed me was how clean and organized they are during the whole process. They cleaned up as they went along and at the end made sure that everything was clean and neat. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family!

Adrian and his team did a really great job. Our Chicago bungalow was built around 1943. The original oak hard wood flooring may have been refinished once in the intervening years. At some point in time a portion of the living and dining room floor was covered with wall to wall carpeting (think nail holes to secure the carpet to the floor) and the foyer to the kitchen was covered with linoleum. The linoleum had been adhered with a thick black oil based adhesive. The bedrooms had some wear due to furniture being moved. And there was the normal traffic wear that appears after years of use and polite neglect. Additionally the toe of a stair tread in the front entry was damaged, possibly dangerously so. Enter the magicians. First the team as a whole is punctual. Adrian was on time for the site review and the estimate. The days that work was scheduled the team that came to do the work arrived early in the morning as they planned. Second, the price quoted was a fair price. I received price quotes from a number of other vendors. The quotes I received were all over the price scale ? one quote was unusually low, other quotes I received were insanely high. The price of the project was not the deciding factor. But it reflected that Adrian understands and respects his customers. For example some quotes I received were clearly intended to tell me that my project was too small for the vendor. The team as a whole is technically competent. For example the damaged toe on the front entry step needed to be repaired. I thought that the whole tread would need to be replaced. But the mending job was seamless. Now when I look at that stair tread it is difficult to imagine that it had ever been damaged. There were also some damaged planks in the bedrooms that needed to be replaced. The nail holes from the wall to wall carpeting did not disappear. But they are not nearly as pronounced as they once were. Adrian is very knowledgeable of flooring, wood, and the variety of product available. He is also very informative. We thought we knew what we wanted in the way of color and finish. But after meeting with Adrian we were able to make a better decision regarding our color and finish choices. His explanation was patient and instructive. Adrian is also approachable and easy to talk to ? this quality made asking questions about the process easier. Adrian?s manner made it easy for us to understand what work would be done and he made us confident that it would be done correctly. My impression of Adrian is that he is making an honest living one floor at a time. There are so many possible ways that home remodeling projects can steer awry. Our floor refinishing project was basically perfectly executed, actually the results were better than I expected. If the topic of floor refinishing comes up with any of my neighbors I will unreservedly recommend that they call Adrian for the project.

I decided to refinish my hardwood floors in my home which was built in the 1960's. The wood had been discolored and scratched. Carpeting had been used to cover the floors, so additional damage from padding was evident. I decided to contact M Craft to determine if the hardwood floors could be restored. Adrian Moldovan arranged to meet with my husband and I, and assured us he could do the job. We were debating on staining the floors or keeping them natural. Adrian advised us that it would be easier to repair a damaged floor if it had a natural finish and discussed the durability of 3 coats of sealer. We went with his advise. Adrian and crew arrived promptly and completed the job in 2 days as promised. I was concerned of the amount of mess and dust that would occur from the sanding process, but the company uses some sort of "dustless sander." There was no dust anywhere! In 2 days, my floors had been restored to there splendor! Adrian performed a miracle!

Upon contacting M. Craft, Adrian came out and gave me a no cost estimate. A couple of days later I asked if they could come out and apply some sample stain colors so I could get a better idea of the color (s) I had chosen. M. Craft came out a couple of days later, applied 6 sample stain colors in two different ways to get a better look at how the finished product would be. I am glad I did this as looking at a color chart, and then trying to pick a color is not easy, as the applied product looks different on the hardwood than in a brochure. The first two colors I had picked from the color chart I never wanted to apply after it was laid down on the floor. The color chosen was the last sample applied. The M. Craft team returned on a Monday and was finished 2 1 /2 days later. This company was very professional, neat, and very caring about their craft. There was no cleanup on my end as the M. Craft team left the premise very, very clean and neat. During this process, I did not have to leave the house during this event due to the process used regarding odors. I had called 2 other companies, one of which never returned my message and the other 2 or 3 days later. When I called M. Craft, they responded quickly to my voice mail message and came to the house for an estimate in a very timely manner. Adrian is very knowledgeable in his trade, very polite, professional and explains the process and answered my questions without hesitation. Adrian and his team worked diligently throughout the whole process. I would give M. Craft five ******* for this job and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have hardwood floors re-finished and treated.

Adrian and his son, Daniel came out to my home on Saturday afternoon to personally inspect the floor in order to give an estimate. Although the price was reasonable, I spoke to another refinisher whose price was lower so I decided to go with him. An appointment to do the floor was made for Tuesday morning at 9AM. When I returned from work on Monday evening, I found a message from him saying he had a problem and would not be able to make it and we would have to reschedule. I had already planned a day off work , furniture was out of the room and scattered all over the house and I was sleeping on the couch. So I was in a bit of a panic! I called twice but got only his voicemail. I had previously called Adrian to tell him I was going with someone with a lower price, but I called him anyway, not daring to hope he would step in and come to my rescue. However, I was lucky. I somehow came across a true workman who is ethical, good for his word and comes right on time, exactly when he said he would. On top of that, his work is impeccable Yes, Adrian did a beautiful job on a floor that was damaged and stained. I am ecstatic about my gorgeous floor. The icing on the cake? Adrian, his two sons and his brother got the job done in one day. EVERY other person I interviewed said they would need to come back on another day to finish the job! My advice to anyone seeking a floor refinisher: "Look no farther than Adrian at M Craft, you will find none better."

I called three companies for estimates. Adrian of M Craft Company was not only very responsive, he was the only one to follow up on the estimate. He clearly explained the whole process and was very clear about each step as to what would occur, when the floors could not be walked on, etc. All the workers were very respectful and friendly to me and they were all very careful with the furniture they graciously assisted in moving. The crew arrived when they said they would and on one of the days Adrian explained that they wanted to apply an additional coat and asked if it would interfere with my schedule prior to proceeding. Upon completion Adrian explained the care I should take until the finish is "fully cured" and also how best to care for the floor and suggestions for keeping the floor in good condition in the future. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

M Craft Company and Adrian came highly recommended. A family friend used their services a few years ago and he was amazed how this company takes care of business. You can tell from the moment you meet Adrian , that they have professional ethics and they really care about customer satisfaction. We hired M Craft Company to refinish the hardwood floors in our condominium. We are amazed how they coordinated and completed the job . Literally , there is no dust on the walls or anywhere else. They won our respect from the very beginning and now that the floors came out amazing , we are more than happy and we will recommend them to family and friends .

Adrian and his crew came and sanded and refinished the floors in our entire home. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire job. One bedroom that had been carpeted, had stains on the hardwood floor underneath and I was nervous about how it would turn out. Adrian reassured me that he would get them out and he did, the floor looks beautiful. He got the job done in the timeframe that he promised me. I cannot thank him enough, he totally transformed my home. I would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone needing flooring services. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

Exceptional, punctual, amazing, efficient, great communicator, professional are only a few words that describe what a great job M Craft ~ Adrian did for our Laminate flooring. Our Condo had many rules and regulations, and Adrian was able to accommodate how picky our building was. I have never known a contractor as accurate/exact as he was. I have been working with contractors for years, and in my lifetime I have NEVER had anyone start exactly on time. Our condominium allowed us to work only from 9am to 430, and at exactly 9am every morning he began. He was here on time, prepared his equipment, and on the dot 9 am he began. Just like clockwork! I just cannot explain this reliability?! His skill and efficiency were amazing and exceptional also. Not only was he fast, he was fast and good! He was not sloppy, brought his own garbage bags to keep things tidy. (He was not presumptive in assuming we would supply garbage bags; although we would have provided them). He is there to get the job done, in a professional reliable way. I will say, we discussed this job with 7 other contractors who were very unprofessional, and unreasonable, and in the end, were very flaky and misquoted us. What Adrian quoted, was the exact price we paid. No gimmicks. If you want someone reliable, efficient, friendly, honest, you HAVE to go with this company. I have already referred three other people to him and they feel EXACTLY the same way.

Adrian and his team from M Craft did an outstanding job installing oak hardwood flooring in our living room, dining room, stairs and landing. They were honest, courteous, punctual, extremely detailed, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Something very important to us was his educating us about all the choices and every step of the process before and during the installation. If you want a quality job done by a contractor who goes above and beyond, this is the flooring contractor to choose. All he does is floors, and he has mastered this craft! The floors look spectacular and it looks like a new house. We are very particular and can't say enough good things about M Craft. We will hire him in the future to do some additional work and we will give him our highest recommendation to family and friends!

My experience with this contractor was excellent.When making a decision on a job of this magnitude(in my world, job was a big deal),the cost is obviously one factor,but not the only factor...Adrian(M Craft) gave me a highly competitive bid.It was not the cheapest offer,but what drew me to this contractor was his passion for his craft.I expect this highly charismatic gentleman cares more about floors than anyone out there.He doesn't do rug cleaning on the side,or countertops on weekends.He does hardwood floors....period. An obvious and unmistakable dedication to doing the job the right way,clearly came across.No one that I interviewed was finishing with three coats of polyurethane...and SEPARATE coats,at that....That is huge in getting a great result.That is obviously much more labor intensive and time consuming.I expect Adrian knows no other way to do it.................When the job was complete,the floors looked absolutely pristine.I cannot say I was surprised,as the contractor had won my confidence before a board had been laid.As this was a home i had yet to move into,and i was usually in and out of the house,it was wonderful to have the peace of mind to give Adrian a set of keys and to come back when it was ok to walk on.I would recommend M Craft to family. .
