Description of Work: We did our floors. We had them all re-sanded and refinished. He moved all the furniture out and all the furniture in. We had to do it in two different steps so we had room to move all our furniture.

Description of Work: I contacted M Craft Co for an estimate on refinishing and staining the maple floors on the first floor of my condo. I live in a 100+ year old walk-up and the floor was in rough shape. We were looking for someone to refinish and add a much darker stain. Adrian was prompt in providing an estimate--when he came to look at our place he thoroughly walked us through what was possible, the steps it takes to stain and worked with us on the price. The work itself was done promptly (I needed someone in here a week after our closing) and Adrian was very communicative throughout--he shared updates in the morning when they started, during the day as they moved from one step to the next and shared photos and videos along the way to ensure we were still on board. I can't tell you how at ease and happy we felt with how things were going since we weren't there for the process. If you're looking to get your floors done, I highly recommend. One thing to keep in mind as you research, if you're doing an entire floor (that includes a kitchen): we had to move our fridge and stove out on to the landing at the top of the stairs and on our outside deck to do this work. This might be labor intensive for some of you--for us it meant removing a door, renting a dolly, etc. Adrian gave us tips on how to move the appliances in/out without damaging the new floor, but something to think about if you don't have space in which to move the appliances.

Description of Work: Repaired oak hardwood flooring made new floor register covers and refinished the wood floors with synteko finish.the men moved my appliances,furniture,and lamps etc.from my kitchen and family room.they turned a normally stressful job into a good experience overall.I have used M Craft several times before for both residential and commercial jobs(including the Peninsula hotel!)and have had outstanding quality and service everytime!.Ihave also recommended M Craft to several people who have been very pleased with their work as well.

You can tell from the moment you meet Adrian , that they have professional ethics and they really care about customer satisfaction. We hired M Craft Company to refinish the hardwood floors in our condominium. We are amazed how they coordinated and completed the job . Literally , there is no dust on the walls or anywhere else. One bedroom that had been carpeted, had stains on the hardwood floor underneath and I was nervous about how it would turn out. Adrian reassured me that he would get them out and he did, the floor looks beautiful. He got the job done in the timeframe that he promised me. I cannot thank him enough, he totally transformed my home. I would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone needing flooring services. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

+ -1 moreExceptional, punctual, amazing, efficient, great communicator, professional are only a few words that describe what a great job M Craft ~ Adrian did for our Laminate flooring. Our Condo had many rules and regulations, and Adrian was able to accommodate how picky our building was. I have never known a contractor as accurate/exact as he was. I have been working with contractors for years, and in my lifetime I have NEVER had anyone start exactly on time. Our condominium allowed us to work only from 9am to 430, and at exactly 9am every morning he began. He was here on time, prepared his equipment, and on the dot 9 am he began. Just like clockwork! I just cannot explain this reliability?! His skill and efficiency were amazing and exceptional also. Not only was he fast, he was fast and good! He was not sloppy, brought his own garbage bags to keep things tidy. (He was not presumptive in assuming we would supply garbage bags; although we would have provided them). He is there to get the job done, in a professional reliable way. I will say, we discussed this job with 7 other contractors who were very unprofessional, and unreasonable, and in the end, were very flaky and misquoted us. What Adrian quoted, was the exact price we paid. No gimmicks. If you want someone reliable, efficient, friendly, honest, you HAVE to go with this company. I have already referred three other people to him and they feel EXACTLY the same way.
Description of Work: Installation of Flooring: Laminate Flooring with underlayment used for Condominium. Our entire Condo (2 bedrooms, hallways, Kitchen, Dinning, Living Room) Everything except the bathrooms. The floors look amazing! We are so impressed! He even helped us decide on trim, and molding and offered his expertise and unique ideas about layout of the rooms to help enhance the flow of our floors to make our rooms look larger.

They were honest, courteous, punctual, extremely detailed, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Something very important to us was his educating us about all the choices and every step of the process before and during the installation. If you want a quality job done by a contractor who goes above and beyond, this is the flooring contractor to choose. All he does is floors, and he has mastered this craft! The floors look spectacular and it looks like a new house. We are very particular and can't say enough good things about M Craft. We will hire him in the future to do some additional work and we will give him our highest recommendation to family and friends!

+ -1 moreMy experience with this contractor was excellent.When making a decision on a job of this magnitude(in my world, job was a big deal),the cost is obviously one factor,but not the only factor...Adrian(M Craft) gave me a highly competitive bid.It was not the cheapest offer,but what drew me to this contractor was his passion for his craft.I expect this highly charismatic gentleman cares more about floors than anyone out there.He doesn't do rug cleaning on the side,or countertops on weekends.He does hardwood floors....period. An obvious and unmistakable dedication to doing the job the right way,clearly came across.No one that I interviewed was finishing with three coats of polyurethane...and SEPARATE coats,at that....That is huge in getting a great result.That is obviously much more labor intensive and time consuming.I expect Adrian knows no other way to do it.................When the job was complete,the floors looked absolutely pristine.I cannot say I was surprised,as the contractor had won my confidence before a board had been laid.As this was a home i had yet to move into,and i was usually in and out of the house,it was wonderful to have the peace of mind to give Adrian a set of keys and to come back when it was ok to walk on.I would recommend M Craft to family. .
