Description of Work: I have recently moved into a new home and needed to sell my investment property quickly. Keyes Realty did absolutely everything for me. I didn't do anything to sell the house but talk with Tracee Keyes about what the real estate market was like and what were some possible listing and selling prices for my house. I had renters in the house who moved out and Tracee took care of everything for me including getting the house cleaned and having a contractor come over to estimate repairs. I literally saw her at the first meeting to sign the marketing paperwork and then when we had an offer. We communicated through email and the phone. I have been very busy and didn't have a lot of time to meet with her. She came up with alternate strategies to get my house sold before the others in the same subdivision that were similar. I can't think of anything I wished she would have done differently.

Description of Work: We used Tracee to sell our house and help us find our new Home Sweet Home. She did a fantastic job of helping us narrow down what was really important to us. We had to decide what area in which we wanted to live, what kind of house and with what bells & whistles. In this type of real estate market, Tracee is the kind of agent you want on your side. She is comfortable to work with - very patient, knowledgeable and fun! She sold our townhome in a community that has a lot for sale within 30 days of putting it on the market. She gave us the information on the market and gave us recommendations of how to prepare our house for the showings. Tracee also helped us find our next home. We got exactly what we were looking for and for a great price. We actually paid less than what we thought would be necessary! Tracee helped us save over $30,000. On both homes, Tracee used her skills to help us with every step.
