 + 0 moreWent well. The work took place in two phases about a month apart: first the patio work and then the raised planter work. Weather is a significant factor in scheduling. The patio re-sealing job lasted a few days and it looks very nice. The raised planter work took a few hours and went well too. The crew man explained how the work would proceed and what to expect. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: JR's Creative Landscaping (Jim Rose) put my patio in about 4 years ago. It was a beautiful job. Since then his crew has come out to power wash, re-seal and place the sand back into the spaces between the bricks every other year. There was some winter damage to my raised planter and Jim's crew took care of that too. Pleasant people who do good work.

Description of Work: I had both callled and sent an email requesting for a designer to come out and give us an estimate to have a large brick patio and sidewalk installed. It took them 2 weeks to respond and an appointment was set up for the following Sat. No one ever showed up or called which I felt was very rude. We have 4 children in four different activities and had to rearrange our day to be home at l:30. I feel if his company is too busy to handle a simple call than I would hate to have to rely on them to put in a $20,000.00 patio/sidewalk. Very unprofessional.
