+ -1 moreWe contacted The Gutter Medics after hiring two other companies in previous years who were not reliable and whose work left something to be desired. The Gutter Medics put us on the next spot in their calendar, worked while we were out, hauled off the debris and reattached an extension to our gutter which we can been unable to fix well ourselves. We were pleased with the overall result from this company and would hire them again.
Description of Work: Gutter and downspout cleaning of two story house and garage. Re-attachment of extension.

+ -1 moreThe workers were super nice. Did all of the work during a rainstorm that then started to sleet. Called to find out if they could come early, and then showed up right when they said they would.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and took away all debris. Fixed loose gutters that had pulled away from the house with heavy-duty fasteners.

+ -1 moreWork was performed satisfactorily on the date promised. Needed repairs were recommended based on an inspection during gutter cleaning. I was called prior to the date of the repairs to let me know when the work would be performed. It was not necessary for me to be home, and I was able to pay by credit card. I plan to use this company again for yearly gutter cleanings and any other gutter work that may arise. I am very pleased with my service.
Description of Work: Installation of 2 new downspouts, lifted and aligned gutter, install new gutter brackets.

+ -1 moreALL OF THE INDIVIDUALS WE DEALT WITH FROM THIS FIRM WERE VERY COMPETENT AND DEALT WITH US IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
Description of Work: FIELD SUPERVISOR CHRIS SANTOS AND HIS ASSISTANT CAME OUT TO REPAIR A 27 FOOT SECTION OF GUTTER WHICH HAD BEEN BLOWN OFF OUR HOUSE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE MANNER IN WHICH IT WAS BLOWN OFF WAS SUCH THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR IT IN A QUALITY MANNER. THEY GAVE US THE NAME OF A COMPANY WHICH COULD DO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GUTTER AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND SPENT 15-20 MINUTES ON THE EVALUATION AND DIDN'T CHARGE US A PENNY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

+ -1 moreI USE THIS COMPANY REGULARLY FOR MY GUTTER CLEANING. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, UNLIKE MANY GUTTER CLEANERS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND DO A THOROUGH JOB CLEANING THE GUTTERS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE WITH THE MOST RECENT GUTTER CLEANING (SPRING) WAS THAT THEY PUT THE REFUSE IN BLACK GARBAGE BAGS, WHICH IN MY TOWN CANNOT BE USED FOR YARD WASTE AND YARD WASTE CANNOT BE THROWN AWAY. SO WE HAD TO PUT THE WASTE IN DIFFERENT CONTAINERS. NEXT TIME I WILL TELL THEM THIS IN ADVANCE.

THESE GUYS ARE A FIND. VERY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. MR. HAGAN WAS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS BY PHONE. THEY USED HIGH QUALITY HANGERS.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY CLEANED THE GUTTERS & DOWNSPOUTS, REPITCHED THE FRONT GUTTER ABOVE THE GARAGE, AND LIFTED & ALIGNED THE UPPER BACK GUTTER.
