We had new flooring put in our living room, dining room, hallway and kitchen and new carpeting on the stairs. Wonderful experience beginning with our first encounter with Annette. She was totally professional and very patient with helping us make the right decision, which wasn't an easy thing to do with us. She explained all the aspects of the difference choices in flooring several times to us which helped with our decision. She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything looks wonderful!

Very happy with all of my experiences with FCA Design Center.

I am a repeat customer of FCA for 14 years, as a custom home builder and remodeler, it is important for my customers to receive excellent service. The sales associates, Sherry & Latti, are experts in flooring and cabinets, with their designer back rounds it provides a tremendous blessing for my clients choosing the products, textures and colors for a perfect design. The showroom is 2nd to none, the scheduling depart is a pleasure to work with and the installers are excellent.

Installation was fine but it took 2 month for them to do it because know one is on the same page at the store.

Replaced old carpet in Dining Room, Family Room and Living Room with new carpet. Annette was very helpful in assisting us in the Napervlle store while selecting the carpet and scheduling. The installers were professional, quick and cleaned up after the job including hauling away all the old materials. We are very happy with the quality of the work and love the new look. Would definitely recommend FCA.

Showed up on time, very conscientious workers and they did a great job. I worked with Annette who was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I went back and had her help me finish the project with selecting rugs, furniture, window treatments and paint

Tile and flooring were beautiful. Great quality. Initial sales/service top-notch. The issue occurred when I went to return unused flooring (~125 ft^2), I was told that we did not return it within 30 days (it was 45 days from sale) and there was nothing that could be done. Even after I mentioned that we were going to buy additional blinds and tile for bathroom projects, they wouldn't accept our unused wood (it was still in original packaging). It was very shortsighted on their part as I spent an additional $10,000 with their competitors.

Coordination and installation went well.

Tim at the St. Charles location was very helpful. He helped pick the carpet and color. The installers were professional and did a good job. I would recommend.

The fiest crew didn't know how to install the floor but a second crew arrived shortly after and did a beautiful job

Sales person friendly & helpful. Did not like installers at all - to rushed, poorly stapled carpet at entry, did not realign doors properly, did not reinstall heat vent.

Great helpful salesperson. Terrific help in selecting color style, etc. Delivery was professional & top notch. Never renew the furniture was delivered in the room.

I was browsing on this site over the w/e Monday received phishing email. It's hurtful and vast invasion of my families privacy because the email attachment was that of my own grandson. While trying to forward back to the sender she responded and this time another of my grandson's photo was attached. The only solace i received is the IT Guy was clueless as to how it happened. The sales person was only interested in me coming in to shop...I would NEVER. Buyer Beware of Phishing from these people they could be browsing your IP address Unaware. I have sprint protection, but also included AVG Spyware

Initial selection smooth, informed of sale, salesman they ordered wrong carpet, was supposed it charge 50% with order but charged 100%, said would returned charge for removal old carpet they declined it refund this charge when old carpet already removed . Wouldn't correct my order of carpet color & darker blend than selected carpet.

Terrible. They measured for the project, designed the project, and ordered the tile for the project. Upon completion, when we came up with almost three 3 extra cases, they declined a return, claiming that since they didn't install the project (which they actually declined to do initially) they couldn't be responsible. It was such a small project, it's hard to imagine the installer being off by so much material or that we had changed the scope so dramatically. I had an independent contractor review the plan versus the order, and he agreed that too much tile had been ordered. Store personnel were stubborn and adamant. We often received conflicting stories from different employees. They also advised that even if we did use their tiler and we had excess product, then we would still have to pay for it, citing their "no returns on special orders" policy. This constitutes the definition of fraud. Of course if we had used their tiler, we would have no way of knowing if we paid for too much. We are in contact with the Illinois States Attorney's office on this matter. Caveat emptor.

In-store sale , measurement in home both seamless, as always. Installation crew on time, efficient and professional, installation job excellent. Found numerous staples/nails/carpet tasks in my drive way after they departed (I photographed)… We would have punctured tires had I not found & collected them but be sure your installers Buy and Use a roller magnet in the drive way after they pull away.

I did have help from an outside designer with the original purchase of the furniture. We picked the fabric together and the initial order was placed by her. Once the order was placed, I did put a 50% deposit down and was quoted an estimated time frame. FCA kept me posted on the status of delivery and everything arrived in their warehouse as expected. I received a call from FCA to schedule a delivery date. There were plenty of delivery times available that worked with my schedule. I was given a 3 hour window and I also received a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys were very courteous and careful when delivering the furniture. Everything arrived as expected! The furniture is good quality and looks beautiful.

Sales person was very informative delivery was prompt installers did an excellent job.

Great sales people although you could not take samples home. Installation of tile ‘A’ but grouting a (D-) – missed places, uneven, dirt. Did a very poor job of cleanup.

Designer was extremely informative regarding quality and benefits of queen mattress. Delivery was impeccable.

Everything was on time and as promised.
