Expert Plumbing Heating and Electrical

Description of Work: My sump pump failed overnight and left me with 6 inches of water in the basement. I had the gear to drain the water but called Expert to see how soon they could come to install a new improved system. I recvd a callback in 10 minutes and was calmed back into reality. I had control of the current situation. I was advised that by waiting until morning I would not incur a higher service call rate - my call.. Scheduled an early am appt. to get the job done. Appt. setter called early next am as a reminder and Expert arrived 20 min later. Options were presented and I chose my desired solution. Work was done quickly and impeccably by "Chuck", a licensed plumber. Kudos to Expert.

Description of Work: Got estimate on the phone for drain replacement twice as high as others!!!

Description of Work: Jim, one of the employees of Expert plumbing arrived within an hour of the call. We had a flood in the laundry room. He rodded out the drain from the front yard to the laundry room. He was a joy to talk with. He explained everything start to finish. He said I should know about the system and how it works. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. He even hauled away all of our wet carpeting and contaminated odds and ends.
