Very well.

The process went very well. We first met the owner at a local Home Show and discussed our needs with him. We then received estimates and set installation time frame via phone calls and e-mail messages, which was helpful and convenient. Installer arrived within ten minutes of his projected arrival estimate and he completed the work the same morning. The only minor glitch in the entire experience was that the new fixtures were ordered with chrome handles and we wanted polished brass to match everything else in the house. So the installer let us know how to order the replacements via the Kohler web site and made sure we knew how to install them after we received them.

Ejector pump went out in my basement on Friday 10/26/07 night at around 6pm. My wife has a home business in the basement and had clients coming the next day at 8am. I called them and left my message with an answering service, who did let me know on the phone what the cost was to have a plumber come out after hours. The plumber then called me back around twenty minutes later and arrived at my home 1/2 hour later. The plumber gave me a price and I agreed. The plumber was very professional and had the work done in 1 hour. The plumber cleaned his mess before leaving. Very happy with work done. The worker was clean and very professional.

I was really happy with them because it was Easter morning and I had company coming over. Expert Plumbing was able to get out to my home, get the disposal fixed, and they cleaned up everything in less than an hour.

The person who took the order did not write the order down correctly. Our house was built in 1978, and the only way to shut off the water to our upstairs bathrooms is to shut the water off to the entire house. We requested shut off valves be put on the lines that feed our upstairs. This would need to be done in the basement. Also, the master bath faucet was leaking and needed to be repaired. The plumber indicated he was told the work was to be done in the kids bath, not the master, and that he could not add shut offs in the basement. He did put shut offs on the master bath faucet, behind the face plate. He also cut a 15x30 hole in the drywall behind the faucet, why I don't know. Obviously, he gave a card for someone to repair the drywall. I have begun the repair myself.

With another one of our toilets out of commission due to a major plumbing job for which we are currently getting estimates, and with out of town guests arriving we had to get this job done ASAP. We called several plumbers (2 also from Angie's List) but no one could come out until tomorrow or even for several days in the future. We called Expert Plumbing and they were very helpful. They sent someone out in 2-3 hours which was the time frame they told us. The plumber was very efficient and pleasant to us and to our very barky dogs. The job was done within an hour and everything was cleaned up and back to normal. My husband and I were extremely pleased and also very happy to have the resource of Angie's List to rely on. Working with this company was great and we would use them again.

I was very pleased with the company. When I called to make an appointment they answered the phone right away and were available quickly. The plumber was friendly. There was no mess to clean up. He installed both sillcocks and valves in about one hour. The only negative is the price. $110 per hour seems quite high.

I was very happy with the end result. The guy who replaced my pipes was courteous and informative. Also, the cost wasn't bad as I thought it would be. The plumbing business normally has a bad reputation of over pricing.

Mark, the plumber who came from Expert, was very pleasant, and helpful. He worked with us to slide the appliances into place without scratching the newly finished floors. He was also very efficient and clean with the valve replacement. From the initial call to the finished work, I had a great experience with Expert Plumbing. They're the only plumbing company I've worked with, so I do not know how their prices compare with others'.

The job was done as expected. The clean up after the job could have been better but overall the work was good.

They were very professional and courteous.

We were working late into the night putting up drywall and low and behold we put a screw right through the cold water pipe in the bathroom. So at 12:30 AM on a Sunday morning we called Expert Plumbing. The woman who answered was super nice, I wish I wrote her name down. She gave me the "emergency price" of $275 + parts to walk in the door and the 1st hour of work. This was about the 5th plumber I had called, all the others were starting at $400 just to walk in the door, plus an hourly rate. I asked if she could tell me how long this job would take, she took all my information and told me Darren would be calling me and could give me further information. Darren called within 15 minutes and said he would be able to get the job done well within the hour. EVERY other plumber said they would have to see the pipe in order to give me a quote, which would mean I would have to pay the $400 to have them walk in the door. I was impressed with this company from start to finish. Darren was great!

He arrived within 20 minutes, completed the job (with clean-up) by 1 p.m. sharp.

Steve was able to come out within a few hours of our call. Very prompt and honest. We thought it would cost a lot more, but he was able to fix the problem instead of replacing the items.

When the plumber arrived he looked over the area and determined where it needed to be routed out. We have a large house and there is always some question of where the main sewer route is. He found it and took the the time to do the job correctly. The cost was more than I expected, but the problem was solved and that was I wanted.

I had called Expert Plumbers for same-day service; they have a receptionist answer, so I was immediately able to find out if they had availability. They scheduled a given two-hour window for service. Although the scheduled technician was running late, they sent a different technician (about an half hour after the given window). The technician (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and professional. I would definitely hire this company again for plumbing service.

EXPERT PLUMBERS DID A GREAT JOB UPDATING OUR MAIN BATHROOM. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. AND HELPFUL IN REMOVING THE OLD AND PUTTING IN THE NEW STUFF. THE BATHROOM LOOKS GREAT.

I HAD EXPERT PLUMBING OUT TO ROD MY SEWER LINE. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND WHO HAD USED THEM. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE ON THE PHONE ONE DAY. A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD CALLED BACK TO BOOK THE SERVICE AND WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT PRICE. I STAYED WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE RECOMMENDATION, BUT DID LET THEM KNOW THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN OTHER QUOTES. I DID NOT HAVE ANY SEWER PROBLEMS AFTER THE RODDING. WHEN THE QUICK SNOW MELTDOWN AND HEAVY RAINS CAME A FEW WEEKS LATER, I HAD WATER IN MY BASEMENT THAT WASN'T DRAINING. THE VILLAGE INSPECTED THE LINE AND FOUND TREE ROOTS. THE ROOTS WERE NOT THE CAUSE OF MY WATER PROBLEM, BUT I WAS ASTONISHED TO SEE I STILL HAD ROOT MASSES IN THE LINE THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY CLEANED WITH BOTH A 4 IN AND 6 IN CUTTER. SINCE THE FIRST VISIT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, I CALLED EXPERT OUT TO REDO THE JOB. BOTH TIMES, THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL. WITHOUT THAT VIDEO INSPECTION, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN I STILL HAD ROOTS IN MY SEWER LINE.
