They arranged for a survey to be done in a short period of time. We received the plat very promptly after the survey was completed. The reason for requesting services was that we needed a survey for a building permit issued by Will County. As of this time, we are still waiting to receive confirmation from Will County that the plat is acceptable, but I see no reason why it should not be accepted.

Great. Survey was completed by 5/18 as per quote and the report was very thorough. Laminated version of survey was included in final report plus extra color copies. Received final report two days after survey was completed. It took the survey team about 4 hours to complete the survey. They require you to pay up-front.

I contracted with them on a Friday and they were out on Monday, and I received the pdf by Saturday! Amazing service. They were the least expensive of all that I called, but they are all pricey.

Exacta came out, did the measurements. Within one week, I had a PDF of the plat, and shortly thereafter received a laminated copy of the same. I did request a "blown-up" version of the plat and they were agreeable to doing that as well as I needed more detailed measurements on the plat itself. Not sure why they would omit any detailed information as that is what is needed when someone needs a survey done. They were agreeable in doing revisions... All in all, good work! Would hire them again...

One time, good communication but flood certificate was delivered without the actual base flood level elevation. This information is apparently available through county and it took me quite a bit pressuring to get this information. (The base flood level elevation is the key information on the certificate that impacts insure rates.) However, they finally obtained it and re-issued the certificate. Overall they were always good and professional in communication and explained things (not necessarily agreed always) in a good way.

Awesome company! I called, prepaid, and set up an appointment, then they came out in 3 days and did an excellent job. They found the property pins and marked them with flags and confirmed what was on the property. The surveyors were really nice and very professional. The next day after the survey, I received a pdf of the plan, and they said a hard copy will be mailed out as well. They constantly communicated their timeline of actions via email. Very pleased!

I wasn't home when the surveyer came, I knew he'd been there because there were red flags on my lawn. Got the survey in the mail less than a week later.

It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do and that was it. It wasn't really something that I wanted to do, it was what I had to do with the HOA so I did an he did fine.

They did what I expected them to do, and I was not expecting to get a laminated archival version, and so that was a bonus.Their pricing was pretty much standard.

I was in a rush due a rapidly approaching closing date on a new home. I got a few estimates for the survey and Exacta was half the price. I only included them because they were recommended by my title company because they had so few reviews here. I called and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Then called a day later to add on the Elevation Certificate to the order. They arrived as scheduled and patiently did all they could while I tried to get the combination for a new lock put on a gate by the real-estate company. The next day I received PDFs of the results. A few days later paper versions came in the mail. There were three copies of each in color and even a laminated copy of the survey. All neat and accurate. I paid by credit card.

We didn't have much interaction with them. They came out and did the work. They provided us with some nice drawings.
