Description of Work: We have been having furnace issues for years but our furnace was a bit young to replace. GFI investigated our issues thoroughly and replaced the circuit board for $500. When 2wks later we our furnace started quitting on us again. GFI accepted the return of the barely used circuit board part replacement and refunded us the cost of that part. In 2 days we had a brand new furnace just in time for the severe cold weather we all suffered through this winter. We were toasty warm all winter and no longer had to worry about waking to a furnace that stopped working. | |It gives you confidence to work with a company that treats its customers so fairly and honestly. You can trust that they will be thorough and treat you as a valued customer.
