Description of Work: Removed AC and heat systems. Installed all new energy efficient systems. The techs were very professional and answered any questions I had in an understandable way. Cleanup was done very satisfactorily. Work was completed within the previously estimated time. This company was slightly more expensive than other estimates I had gotten but it came down to a trust issue. Another company had used what I considered "scare tactics". They told me I had a "Crack" in two of the heat exchangers and to not turn the heat back on until the tech had left our house(this was during a very cold period) . When asked if I could see the "cracks" he gave me a small extendable mirror and indicated I would probably not find them because of their location. Also had me sign some type of "release of responsibility" form. |Energy Services technician found a "stress crack in cell one" and was able to provide visual validation. It really came down to trusting Energy Services. I have not been disappointed.

Description of Work: My salesman was a boiler expert and advised installers on the morning of installation and again in the afternoon as the project was completed. He worked with installers to get all radiators properly bled at the end of the day - one of which had not worked well for years - as well as make some piping adjustments. The very professional care he took is and was very much appreciated.

Description of Work: I bought the cleaning and inspection package. The man who came to the house was very professional and explained certain things that may be needed down the road. He offered to perform those services at that time but we were not ready to do them yet. He was not pushy and didn't try to convince us that we had to do those things now. We would use him again in the future.
