Description of Work: I thought the serviceman cleaned my air conditioner unit. Then 5 weeks later, during a service call with another company the serviceman showed me and told me it looked like it was not cleaned in years. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: The tech was very personable and brought more tools and test equipment than I have seen before. He cleaned the furnace and made MANY measurements - airflow, temperature, efficiency, etc. and posted the results on the side of the return duct as a baseline for the future.
