I am sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. Reading through the notes of the call, it appears that your air conditioner was working. However, you are having a hard time cooling two of the bedrooms. This is a ductwork balancing problem. I know the technician had recommended that you have someone from that department discuss this with you. I also understand that the basement has a drywall ceiling that will make the ductwork hard to access. Please call me if you would like to discuss your options further. Went well, I would use them again.
Description of Work: They came out promptly on a Friday last year. Our A/C with the issue had ice in it that day. They had to come back out on Monday. I had purchased an Angie's list deal for cleaning/maintenance of an A/C unit. We ended up having a family friend fix the A/C with the issue over the weekend. The men came back out on Monday and were courteous and wore shoe covers. They cleaned our second A/C unit, and were flexible with the Angie's list deal, which I appreciated.
