Anything I needed something done with the furnace or air conditioner, they come right away. They came when they said they would and they did a great job. The air conditioner worked great! I really liked them. They got the air conditioning and heating going. I could really count on them.

Nate came out to give our 22 year old furnace a check up and cleaning. He explained the dangers of an older furnace and explained what was falling apart in our unit. He explained the new type of unit and that we did not need such a big unit for our house. He said their were no signs of cracks as of yet. He was courteous and professional. We will be calling for a quote on replacing our unit.

I've used Energy Services for years for maintenance on my old furnace and air conditioner. I did get quotes from two other companies since this was a large purchase just to make sure and kept with Energy Services. They offered me three options for the furnace and three more for the air conditioner and answered all my questions (and I had lots) until I settled on the units I wanted. It was installed along with a smart thermostat and I am very happy with the new units and all the work they did. They fully explained how the furnace will work (it's got two stages) and also the smart thermostat (I love it) and again answered every question I could think of. Every employee that has been here over the years have been very capable and very nice. I will definitely keep using this company.

Excellent. The tech took his time and repaired the problem instead of trying to talk us into a new humidifier. Also noticed a gas leak and repaired that issue as well.

Marvin arrived on time, did a very good job and cleaned up everything after the job was done.

We purchased an annual maintenance agreement to have our furnace checked before this heating season. The technician, Steve P. was great. He took his time to explain everything and was very thorough. I hope he is the same tech that comes out in the spring to check the AC.

They did the job alright seemed like they were here to up sale. They tired to tell me my whole vent system was wrong and would burn out our new furnace.

I had called last Thursday inquiring about a tech to come out and look at it. I also gave them the entire scenario. From the time I made the initial call, I knew this company was top-notch! After explaining the situation, I was placed on a brief hold and then was told, I have a tech scheduled to come out to you already this afternoon! I was very impressed! Henry showed up during the window timeframe and even called me ahead of time to introduce himself and let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed my issue rather quickly. I had an older unit and his recommendation was to replace my unit with a brand new unit. He did a great job walking me through the expenses of either trying to repair my current unit or replacing it with a new one. It definitely was going to be more cost effective for me to replace it! I have no idea what the other company did, however I do know they had to refill my Freon twice!! When Henry was there he stated I was completely dry on Freon yet again!! I was hesitant to hear the lead time on installing the new unit. I was extremely relieved and impressed when he said, 'I can have it installed for you tomorrow!!' Friday morning Kyle called and same thing; introduced himself and let me know he was on his way. He started on the outside portion and a bit later on Anthony showed up and worked on the inside portion. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional, considerate, hard-working, and amazing! I highly recommend Energy Services!

Everything from the sales meeting to installation went smoothly. Eric was knowledgeable of not only his product, but also the furnace that the unit would connect to. The installation was supposed to be 2 people, but ended up being just 1. I assume there were many installations going on due to the heat. Because of that, the installation took longer than I was initially told (roughly 5 hours instead of 3). It wasn't really a problem for me, but I did feel sorry for the technician. The one complaint I have is that they asked me to get the permit for the install myself. When I went down to get it, several parts of the form I had no clue how to fill out because they related directly to the vendor. At the permit office, they were shocked that a homeowner was in there to get the permit. They apparently, never see a homeowner for those. Having said that, they knew everything that was required by the city and completed several additional fixes to my old installation at no additional cost which was much appreciated.

Well. I purchased a coupon from Angieslist for A/C diagnostic and cleaning. They arrived right when they said they would. Performed the service as described in the coupon. During the processes of cleaning out the A/C unit the area flooded and the tech's shoes were muddy. He spent the extra time cleaning off his shoes and put on shoe covers not to track mud into the house. During their review he noted that my air filter was really dirty and recommended that I get my air ducts cleaned. They provided me an estimate for them to do it. I noticed it was much higher than other companies on Angieslist. He explained their process was better using a different type of equipment and that it took more time.

This company has both installed and serviced my furnace and air conditioner. Every single person I have dealt with from the person who answers the phone, sales, installation and service have been superb. Polite, kind, professional and well-versed in their field. They go out of their way to provide great service. They are on time and respectful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The young man who came out was very profession, polite, clean and respectful. He did the job very well. I was pleased with him.

We have lived in Naperville for more than 20 years and are familiar with the various providers in the area. Our first experience with Energy Services was several years ago during the cold winter when we had an emergency and Energy Services fixed our furnace. I must say there is no other company in the area that is so customer focused as Energy Services and their technicians are not only skilled and highly motivated, I think this company has created a high performance high commitment culture. It seems everyone we've had at the house loves working there. They're just really decent and helpful people. I think they know what it takes to be good, and they just work hard and harder to perfect that. Most recently we had Joe Delaney and Carlos Torres for a full-day at our home to clean the ducts after a major construction project. They also removed, brushed, vacuumed and reinstalled all the vent covers and inspected our air filter system. We had heard about Joe and his partner Carlos and requested them to do the work. Let me say that Joe and Carlos are a team and they truly care about the work they do. That speaks volumes of the leadership at Energy Services. Joe is very professional and thorough I was home the entire time they were here and was very impressed with his technical knowledge. He spent time with us showing the options for cleaner air and we very likely will have this work done by Energy Services in the future. Joe and Carlos also cleaned and tuned the A/C and the outdoor coils, which were unbelievably dirty from leaves, debris and yes, an empty bird's nest. In cleaning the A/C there is a major difference. It is just wonderful to work with Energy Services - and Joe and Carlos truly care about the work they do and the customer. Thanks to my friends who recommended Energy Services, Joe and Carlos. I will always request them - two of the nicest young men. Joe and Carlos, you made my day - we can now enjoy the summer . I cannot believe the dirt that was in our ducts. Again, thank you!

Great service- parts were a little on the high side.

The air conditioner tune up went well. Cleaned it out and put more coolant in. The problem I have with this company is that the guy that worked on my air conditioner sold me a furnace tune up as a package deal when I was paying and I never received that service. I was told I would receive something in the mail to set up an appointment of which I never received. I also e-mailed them to see what was going on and if I could set up my appointment and they actually never even responded to me. Seems kind of shady and I won't be dealing with them again which is a shame because they do good work... just don't let them sell you extra things.

I thought that was fine. I think they replaced a part on it, so we did pay more than what the actual deal was for. They mentioned a couple of other things that need to be fixed, but we decided to do one part at a time. There wasn't anything out of place.

We had an excellent experience and we are thankful that they found the problem. We've had other furnace services and this was the most professional who really knew what they were doing, They could have overcharged us as this was a serious repair that had to be done immediately but we felt they were very fair in their charge. We will definitely have Energy Services again.
