I purchased the Big Deal for the $49 A/C Inspection, Cleaning & Tune-up with up to 1 pound of refrigerant from Energy Services. The service technician arrived timely and was professional. Overall, the technician did a good job; however, as soon as he performed an initial evaluation of my A/C system and noticed my refrigerant was leaking, he went into "salesman mode". I felt as though he was more focused on getting me to purchase a whole new heating and cooling system rather than performing the inspection, cleaning and tune-up. While I appreciate his honest feedback, I would have appreciated if he would have appreciated less pushy sales tactics and more focus on educating me on my different options and which would be best for my home. In the end, I decided to go with a competitor.

The technician was on time and he was very professional.

Jason, the furnace inspector, explained the work he was going to perform. He spent quite a while taking components out of the furnace and cleaning and lubricating them. I had never watched my furnace being inspected before, but I thought that he did a thorough job, taking more time then previous inspections. He pointed out maintenance routines that I should be performing and a small leak in the air supply piping. At the end he gave me a completed check list of 34 components that he had checked. He then reviewed an energy savings program to include a tune-up of our air conditioning unit at a small additional price, so I signed up to have that work performed in 2013. I was pleased with his professionalism and felt confident that "he knew what he was doing."

The company missed the first appointment. They called to wrong number to verify that someone would be home; honest mistake. The tech came the following Wednesday (?) and was prompt and professional. He disassembled the furnace and pointed out things that could use a cleaning or replacment. It seemed like a very thorough inspection and I had one part replaced.

I bought the deal for 69.00 for furnace clean and check. Scheduling the appointment was great except they could not come out for almost 2 months. I called day of the check if they were coming and they said they were and time changed which I was not informed of. But overall it went smooth and job well done.

After any initial miscommunication on scheduling, Kevin contacted me directly to apologize. He clearly cares deeply about customer service, and this trickles down through the company. The technician was highly professional, and a nice guy. Will use again.2

I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this transaction. They were on time and it was relatively easy to schedule an appointment. The service man was very professional and knew what he was doing.

I was very pleased with their pricing, professional and work.

Gus did a thorough job of cleaning, including removing the blower motor. He found a couple of parts needing replacing but also found two cracks in the heat exchanged of a 23 year old furnace and recommended a replacement. We did not replace the parts since we are in the process of getting bids to replace the furnace, including a bid from his company.

Keith, the repair man showed professionally as promised time; inspected the furnace and humidifier and made suggestions to improve the effeciency of energy usage. He took the time to explain me how the things work how improvement will affect us in the future. I am very happy with his knowledge and throroughly work. Will do business in the future again

Overall we were pleased with the service. 1. The technician during the original visit was prompt, courteous and professional 2. All questions were answered in layman's terms 3. On the day the new furnace was installed they were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. 4. I would use this company again for my heating and cooling needs

GFI (aka) Energy Services was able to come out and perform the services the next afternoon. Gus was on time and performed the service call in a reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely call them next time I have an HVAC issue.

They did a fabulous job. They removed all the old furnace equipment. The area where they worked was left spotless. The new furnace has been running smoothly. A job well done!

Eric arrived within the scheduled time window after an advanced phone call from the company. He explained what he was going to do and performed a thourough tune-up and cleaning of the furnace. I would definately use Energy Services again.

This is the second year I have used Energy Services and I have been pleased. Good communication (via e-mail, which is much more convenient for me then trying to call). Punctual and professional. Would recommend to others.

Showed up on time - was professional - explained exactly what he was going to do. He finished the job quicker then expected and then took the time to explain how to operate the unit and troubleshoot if needed.

Making an appointment was very easy. They came out to the house on time and performed the services that I requested. They had some suggestions for repair that I did purchase from them as well. They were very professional and not pushy.

We were out of their service area and unable to take advantage of the Big Deal. I was not hassled in having it cancelled out and refunded. They apologized and were easy to deal with. They were polite.

Our installer Bob showed up on time and immediately placed a tarp over the floors. He was very careful removing the old equipment and bringing in the new furnace. He was very neat as he worked and cleaned up as he went along. He's been in this line of work quite a few years and his attention to detail showed. After he finished with the installation he told me about our new furnace and what to do if we should have any problems. He also mentioned the importance of having the furnace checked every year which is something we totally agree with not only for safety but for the life of the furnace. We are very happy with our decision to hire Energy Services to install our new furnace. From start to finish it was a great experience! If we hadn't received a membership to Angie's List as a Christmas gift we never would have found such a great company. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't watch the service or follow him around whole he was here. The AC worked before he was here and it worked after.

Prior to the installation day, we were informed of the time that the installer would come (within a 1 hour window). We were also informed about the time it would take to do the installation (4-6 hours). Scott Bruzan, senior installer for the company, came to our house and performed the work. He was friendly, professional and was even nice to our dog. He did a fantastic job! His work area was clean and the humidifiers/controls were properly installed. He also took the time to explain to me and my husband, how the humidifier works and how to use the controls. The entire process went smoothly and was stress-free. Because we are extremely happy with this company, we will be signing up for membership into their Energy Savings Maintenance Club. With this membership, we will have our furnaces, airconditioners and humidifiers maintained each year. The cost for the membership is very competitive. We plan to remain as loyal customers for a very long time.
