Overall, very pleased. I had called Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. as two vents in the family room were not pushing out much air. So I scheduled a service call. I might not have clarified what the issue was or what I was looking for so unfortunately they sent out a technician to inspect the A/C and furnace. This technician was not an "air duct technician/specialist" , But rather an A/C furnace specialist. However, I knew these systems(A/C and furnace) were functioning and actually needed someone to determine why very little air was coming out of the two vents. However, the technician did check the A/C and furnace as he had made the visit. This visit was paid for using the coupon from Angie's List ($50 for $99 service call) Because of the mix-up (probably partly my fault for not fully clarifying the issue and what kind of specialist I needed) , they sent out an air duct specialist the next day free of charge. He was able to remediate the issue by fixing the "air balancing" so that more air would be coming out of the vents in the family room. I would recommend Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. and will use the in the future for the professional manner in which they handled this issue. Both technicians were both professional

I had purchased a coupon for a 30 point checking and cleaning of my furnace. The technician was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. He showed me the deterioration on the igniter and recommended replace of the part. I ageed to have the part replaced at an additional charge. I was very pleased with the work he did and would certainly use him again.

Responded quickly to request for estimate. We had planned to use another company but felt more comfortable with the expertise of this 'comfort representative' of energy Services. And the estimate came in lower (even before applying an "Angie deal"). The work was completed with days of signing the contract, and took only 8 hours. The workers arrived promptly, worked remarkably quietly, and when they left (after showing us how to use the new equipment) they left no mess, inside or out.

I had bought the Big Deal offer of $69 for the furnace tune up. I chose this company because they had the Big Deal, their ratings were good and it was a service that I needed. I was happy with the service they gave me and in fact I have them coming to give me a quote on a new furnace and an air conditioner.

After purchasing the coupon on Angie's List the company called within a few days to setup an appointment. The representative was very friendly and professional. They were able to accomodate to my schedule and the appointment was setup within a week. I was getting concerned about my furnance since it was 20yrs old, plus it was starting to make unknown noises and I thought for sure I would have to replace it. The tech showed up when promised and called 15 min before arriving to inform me of his progress. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and he even provided extra tips for me to do after his visit to solve some of my concerns about the operation and maintenance of the furnance and thermostat. He worked about 30 to 45 min and inspected and cleaned my furnance as promised. When finished he informed me of the results and to find out my furnace was working up to par and ultimately didn't need to be replaced as original thought. He provided the results of the test he performed and explained in detail the tests as well as the results of my equipment. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would certainly call on them again for any future services.

One of their technicians, David, was sent out and he got right to work. I explained to him everything I had done thus far (changed air filter, cleaned sensor....we just bought the house, so I suspect the furnace hadn't been cleaned in a long time) and after taking an initial look, he noted that the burners weren't firing at the same time, which probably explained why I sometimes had to reset the furnace to get the furnace to turn on. He also recommended that I have the furnace cleaned, which might help w/ the low volume of air being generated throughout the house. He thought at the very least, a good cleaning around the burner and to the sensor should help. Though since I was an Angie's List Member and had Big Deal coupons for a service call ($49) and a 30pt. Inspection/Cleaning ($59), I decided to have him clean the entire furnace in hopes it would increase the warm air flow and get the house much warmer and comfortable. Sure enough, the cleaning did the trick and by the time David left (hour later), the house was starting to get warm. 30 minutes later, I was finally back to 70 degrees, which was a far cry from the mid to upper 50's we were suffering through all weekend! I would definitely use these guys again, as it was my first time using them. David was great.....very experienced dealing w/ heating & cooling issues and made quick time of the work and cleaned-up after himself quite well!

Everything went very smoothly from the very first phone call to the final repair. Jeff came on time and was very professional. He completed the repair, explained everything that he weas doing, and cleaned up after himself. We would highly recommend Energy Services!

Jason came by and was very nice. He checked our furnace because it was making a 'bang' noise whenever it turned off and it needed to be cleaned. He checked everything out and determined that we just needed to change our air filtre more frequently. He cleaned the furnace and checked our thermostat. He was very polite and professional and recommended a summer check for our a/c unit as well. I will definitely be calling them again this summer!

We bought a house and the old furnace failed the first time we tried to crank the heat higher than 55 degrees. I had previously purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a furnace clean & check with them, and Energy Services let me use that coupon toward the service call for the broken furnace. Their serviceman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We tried installing a new board, but the heat exchanger was just too far gone. Energy Services found a $1,000 rebate that would expire within a few days, so got the equipment and installation scheduled for us immediately. Within 24 hours, the new furnace was in, our billing was managed and we got the full benefit of the rebate. Nice people to work with!

The appointment as scheduled between 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Unfortunately the technician did not arrive until 7:40pm. This is the reason I give a "C" rating for the punctuality. After a quick diagnostic the technician replaced a burned-out fuse and the furnace was fixed. One point I would like to make is the technician told me that this particular repair is not warranty even the company's website mentions that all repairs are warranty for 90 days. Overall, the service is considered professional and the price is reasonable.

The cleaning service was about an hour per furnace and the technician was very nice. The only problem was that one of the capacitor leads was plugged into the board incorrectly and prevented the attic furnace blower from coming on. We realized this at about midnight Friday night and by 10 am Saturday, there awas a technician at our door, free of charge. Great service, great response, and we will be using them again in the future.

It went very well: we're quite pleased and satisfied that our ducts are far cleaner than they have been in quite some time. They showed us some of the dirt and dust that had accummulated in the different areas. There was a particular amount in the cold air returns in the hallway leading to the kitchen. They were here for about 7 hours and our price included a $100 off coupon.

They were on time and quick. Very satified with the installation.

Overall, I was happy with the service. The technician was great and I received a call about half hour before he arrived. The only reason I gave responsiveness a B is due to the scheduling of the service. I got one call back for every 2 calls I made. I left messages with no call back at least twice. It might have been a fluke for all I know.

very impressed! bought the big deal and called and they worked me in due to my time crunch. I told them of an issue and they advised it may be fixed with the cleaning but if not the additional amount. The service technician, Chris, was excellent. He was neat and thorough and found the issue in minutes and it was rectified with the cleaning. I will use them in the future
