I was happy with the initial team that came out and looked at the issue. They found a crack in the heat exchanger. I ended up buying a new furnace but was very unhappy with the install tech. He was rude and played loud music in my basement and was getting annoyed by my questions. I did not feel safe having him work on the install. I called sales and had them send out an other tech to do the install. he was very good and did a good job with the install. The first guy wasn't professional at all but then they did take care of it. NOTE: I have updated the review as the original review was made by angies list support based on a phone call ( it wasn't very accurate). I gave better ratings as I thought they addressed the issue by sending a better install tech.

The service turned out very good. We had purchased a big deal for the service and I had to pay extra, because they performed extra services. He was very good, and he observed a few thing that the person I had here a couple of months ago didn't notice. He was good. I signed up for a yearly contract with them.

It was fine. I called them and they were able to get me an appointment when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them. They were really good. Their pricing was reasonable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They came out 2 weeks after I purchased the deal. There was a leakage so I paid an additional charge for the repair. The gentleman that came out took his time and explained everything to me and I appreciated that. He gave me a discount, too.

They were professional, answered all of my questions and gave me tips to prolong the life of the unit.

The service call went well, as expected.

Inspection went well and he found both at AC and Furnace needed capacitors replaced. Overall Gus did an great job and I would recommend them to my friends!

We used a deal to have one of our air conditioners looked at. The guy who cane was very friendly, he did his thing and showed us what we would eventually need to replace but didn't pressure us at all to buy it immediately. Super great company

Did a complete cleaning and replaced some insulation that was mising. We were only charged $35 for labor. This package included refilling the coolant as well. They seemed to do a thorough job.

Got the coupon and called Energy Services for an appointment. Everything went smoothly from the moment I contacted the company. Roger came out and checked the furnace, cleaned and inspected the condenser and supplied about 3 oz. of refrigerant. Entire appointment was about 1 hour. I am very satisfied and would use this company again in the future.

.The technician that we has, Keith, was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem we were having with our unit and get it operational within the hour! We are so grateful! He also very thoughtful as he wore shoe coverings as to not damage our carpet.

We needed the check after our basement flooded. Eric did a very comprehensive job, including cleaning the humidifier and water heater in addition to the furnace. Very happy with his professionalism and knowledge. Would definitely use them again.

My air conditioning was broken and I needed it fixed. They offered me a same day appointment and even called to offer me an earlier appointment when there was a cancellation. Technician called to say when he would be there and arrive promptly. Technician was polite, professional, and efficient. Great job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went definitely well. They did a good job. I give them a B on the price because I found some water humidifiers on one of the stores and they cost like $20 cheaper than what Energy Services offered. One thing I did think about is that I've had a lot of time getting the thermostat on one of my furnaces and they put it on hold and I have not been able to get it on hold since they've been here. So I don't know if it's something with our program because once you switch it on and push program, it's supposed to go off and it hasn't yet. So I was gonna call them and see if they did it, otherwise maybe the batteries were going bad on my thermostat.

GFI Heating & Cooling were okay.

The job went fine, the guy that came told me I would probably need another unit soon but he suggested I could wait about a month or so before this. I had them replace the motor on it, and I think he was honest in telling me that it wouldn't last long and I did get the problem resolved.

It went well. While checking the drain pipe for the A/C he found a blockage and also that the A/C needed refrigerate. He repaired the blockage and added the refrigerate.

It went very well. Was very thorough and professional.

Energy Services A/C & Heating Co., was great. They actually called me within an hour of purchasing the Big Deal to book the service. There were extra charges because we had to have a couple of things done. They were incredible at contacting us right after we purchased it. We paid a little extra money to have them come out and service our air conditioner and I would like to have them follow up with that because I still need to call them. It's one of those things that I didn't remember until you called.

I was pleased with their services. They were courteous, prompt and professional and reasonably priced.

The air-conditioner needed a little bit of help which was why we were doing the checkup but it could have been. And he had indicated that the air conditioner need to be replaced, but he was able to replace a few parts, so that we can have it last a little bit longer.

The first person that came out - unfortunately we have an older air conditioning unit - thought they were doing the right thing because the air conditioner was overcharged and emptied some of the free-on out of there and actually by doing that, ended up freezing up my AC pipes and I lost my AC which was a bad thing. They did respond immediately to that and sent another technician out who was able to fix it and their service was really good. I wasn't charged anything additional.

My husband dealt with the guy from Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. and he was not impressed by him. He thought he knew more than the guy did. He took stuff off of our furnace and my husband had to redo it and put it back the way it was supposed to be. He dropped screws in our lawn from the air conditioner and he didn't know about it and my husband had to go and find them. The guy was not good and my husband just didn't want to say it. We would definitely not use them again and he was definitely not impressed with the guys knowledge and I think he didn't really care that he was not doing things right. We just thought that the guy was not professional and he was not very knowledgeable.

It was good. The guy came and I asked him a lot of questions and he answered and explained how things work while he was working. My only complaint with them is that they were so busy. I tried to schedule for another visit but it was very far. But they're coming out again to do our A/C annual service. I was very happy with the guy who came out.

Very Well. Eric quoted the furnace and air conditioner replacement . When I mentioned the electric fuse box and sump pump, he was willing to do that also. Service was on time and finished in one day. Eric was on site for the installation and all went smoothly. He returned to check the circuits on the fuse box and furnished a list of the connections by breaker.
