Great. I've used this company for my furnace check up before and I thought they did a good job. The tech was on time and very thorough. He gave the unit a quick rinse and then checked all the internal workings. He mentioned that the capaciter was a little worn and he recommended replacement. He explained what the capaciter does and why it might be a good idea to replace at this time.

Tuneup and installation on 7/9/13 was completed in a timely and professional manner. However, two months after the installation (9/13/13), the limiter began to leak oil causing our A/C unit to begin smoking. Of course, it was 90 degrees that day, so we wanted to have it repaired as soon as possible. Jason from Energy Services responded immediately and warrantied the defective part. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and commitment to service. We highly recommend their services.

The tech did the clean and checks. I am not an HVAC guy but I watch them to see how through are they (do they just take the shop vac and suck out the dust or actually take the furnace apart to clean it) The tech took everything out and actually probably spent more time cleaning the furnaces than others. No issues, he was polite, on time and appeared to do a good job. Hopefully he is right and teh furnaces are in good and will not die when it is 20 below :) A positive experience.

They did a great job. Were on time, very professional serviceman. He had some great ideas, and he was very thorough in his work. I will be hiring them again for future work.

Showed up on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes. It was a simple fix, capacitor needed to be replaced on the condenser unit. Somewhat pricey though, $110 to replace a capacitor, and this was in addition of the $50 pre-paid "Big Deal" from Angie's List.

The service provided was awesome. They were super prompt. I'm actually gonna call them again sometime soon to have them come out and clean my vent.

The called to set up appointment gave me a range of time they could be there then called when they were 15 minutes away. The service person Gus was outstanding! I have never seen such a thorough inspection and cleaning of a furnace before. Wonderful service! I will recommend them to everyone!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great! It was awesome. We kept on telling other people like, "This is unbelievable. This is the best deal I ever got." Actually it was funny because 2 years ago, I had trouble with my air conditioner so I needed service. I was going to be away so my son-in-law who lives a couple of blocks away, Greg said "I'll just find somebody and I'll have them look at ours too because ours need check up and have them check yours." That's what he did and I wasn't even here and I have forgotten it was also the same company that did the service. They did what needed to be done that time. Up to that initial time, they came back just for routine maintenance thing and I think I paid $170 for that so when I saw the Big Deal, I was like, "I know this company because they've been here twice and I paid 30 times as much." They're always reliable and they do a good job and I was thrilled to get a bargain.

Technician came and did a full inspection of A/C and Furnace. His inspection of furnace was very thorough. He discovered cracks in the heat exchanger. Also the blower capacitor was out of spec and the ignitor was old and needed replacing. He wrote up a report which I was able to submit to my HWA warranty and get everything fixed.

The tech Justin was prompt, friendly and efficient. We would definitely use Energy Services again.

They were very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. When they diagnosed my coil leak they originally thought that the product was under warranty. Later on we found out that it wasn't but they still honored the original quote anyway! It would have been about triple the cost. This is a great company with great employs that will do the right thing hoping to get a customer for life. I will be using them from now on!

Tech was great. Explained everything, listened to my concerns and provided suggestions to help my home get more even cooling. He was on time and took the extrat time to make me feel good about things. A+

Job was done at a rental condo. Tenant informed all was done nicely and informatively. Received a call from technician on the result afterwards (nothing wrong). Will use again.

It worked out well as far is I know. I was at work and m daughter was able to stay home and I just got feedback from her and she said that he was polite, he was quick, he knew his way around but she didn't see him much but the phone calls I made to him and the emails we exchanged were very professional and very timely so the whole experience was great. I didn't pay him anything extra but I forgot whether or not I left him a tip because I try to do that with everyone.

They discovered a small issue with the central air unit that feel certain will prevent a larger issue going forward. He also changed the filter in my furnace. I found them to be prompt and professional and I kept their card for future use.

Provider followed through with professional service and responsiveness. They explained in detail what needed to be done making sure overall experience was met with the highest of standards.

It was awful!!! The guy did nothing but look at my unit and tell me it wasn't working and that the entire unit (heating and air) had to be replace. then proceeded to give me and hour long sales pitch. I basically paid him money to do nothing. To get a second opinion i had a second company out who fixed the problem within minutes and explained everything to me. Cost the same amount but saved us thousands on a new unit. Worst experience, don't call them all they do is take your money and try to sell you a new unit!! Update* as promised in the response we received a refund check in the mail, we may not agree on what took place but I am very surprised and appreciate the time they took to read my review and respond and return my money! Hope this was just a bad day had by all! Thank you for returning our money!

The HVAC professional came and worked on our unit. He spent 1 1/4 hours so the Angies List Big Deal price was a steal. Thank you!

Everything went ok. Was a bit surprised that I had to pay $30 to blow out the ac drain line .. figured it would be part of the tune-up list of services.

They did a great job. They were prompt efficient and knowledgable. Especially the technician, Andy. I even had him come back and install a condenser. We will definitely use them again.

I thought they were really awesome. I had them move and replace 2 air conditioning units from the back of my house to the side of my house. I replaced the old units which worked with freon. They did a really good job. They had to run some electrical through my basement because of the new location of the units and they did a really great job. They were here maybe all day. The price was good. I was really, really pleased with their work. The consulting manager, who is the one that comes and talks with you initially, he is an engineering graduate from Illinois. He really knows what he is talking about.
