It was a Saturday, and Nicor with whom I have a service contract could not come for 36 hours. I called Energy Services, was called back promptly and Gus (the repairman) thought he could be here within 2 hours. He called me to say he would be earlier. He came over, inspected the furnace identified the problem and dealt with it. He was courteous and very professional.

We could not have been more pleased with the quick and efficient service provided by Energy Services A&C. . Gus was courteous and professional and quickly solved what turned out to be a minor problem with our furnace. Best of all, the service call was half price with the Angies List discount.

Keith came out to inspect and clean our furnace. My husband was there with the service provider as he worked and he noted that Keith did something no other service provider had done in the past; he pulled out the motor for our furnace and inspected that too. He found a crack in it that would not have been found otherwise. I appreciated how thorough his work was, he also took photo of it with his phone to show us the proof and explain what needs to be done. I will need to find a new furnace now, and I’ll be calling them about the work. I would highly recommend them.

I was able to schedule the appointment less than a week after purchasing the deal. Their service was great! The guy was professional and actually pointed out another problem that I have to follow up with the installer about.

The service men that came out to the house were very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Andy, the service technician, was great. He called about 40 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. Andy is personable and very willing to explain things in detail. He cleaned the furnace and did multiple checks on it, noted that there was a high CO2 reading, but was able to get that corrected with some adjustments. He explained that the igniter switch was likely near the end of its life, asked if we wanted it replaced and left the decision up to us without any pressure. All around he was just great to work with and was here over an hour servicing our unit. The Company provides a 3 month warranty.... they will return free of charge within a 3 month period if furnace needs additional servicing. We were so impressed with the service, that we signed up for the discounted AC inspection ($59, same as Big Deal we purchased for the furnace clean and check, so our AC will be ready to go next spring.

The cleaning and tune up went fine. The tech was on time and cleaned up after himself. The tech brought to our attention a soon to fail igniter and blower switch which we elected to have repaired at a cost of approx. $248.00.lle

The serviceman (Scott) was very polite. He came on time, explained what was involved with the job, and finished the job smoothly. The humidifier works great. The Angielist coupon for humidifier worked out pretty good....

Jose came at the promised time and was exceptionally professional. He was very patient in explaining things to me, as I have just purchased my home and there were several things about the furnace system that I simply didn't know. I appreciated his honest suggestions about what I need and what I don't need. He did try to sell me a monthly service maintenance plan, but when I said no, he backed off immediately and didn't put any pressure on me. I'm glad I used this company, and I would call them again!

He was respectful, clean, courteous and cute. Fun to watch. lol.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Carefully cleaned my outdoor AC unit, examined my furnace and cleaned it also. He gave me some advice re: what type of furnace filter to use (had been using a higher filtration filter which was way more expensive). Instead of helping my furnace & AC work better, I was making them work harder! So glad to have the opportunity to discuss with the technician! I am now enrolled in their PM program and will continue to have Energy Services come out and clean/check my equipment to keep me out of trouble!

They were on time, clean and thorough. They even did more than the deal required.

They called as soon as I purchased the big deal to set up an appt. They explained what they were going to do and all of my options. They came to my home on time the day that we scheduled and were polite and clean. (wore booties in my home which is HUGE for me) Explained how to work the humidifier and the work that they did.

Technician was very thorough advised me of blower motor run capacitor out of spec. He let me decide if I wanted it replaced. I did for about $ 70.00. No extra labor charged. Here is the real God send. Removed little cover for furnace heat exchanger and showed me cracks in this vital heating component. These little cracks are what release carbon monoxide gas which is an odorless silent Killer. People may go to sleep and never wake up in winter. If cracks were found while furnace use, various laws require immediate shut down. Since this was found during off season. I have plenty of time to obtain furnace replacement quotes. Not in the middle of a Chicago winter!

Purchased the service on-line. I was contacted promptly by the company to set up the appointment. The technician showed up on time, and performed the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They came out about 2 weeks after I bought the deal. They were good, professional, and prompt.

These guys were very professional and good, their regular price for freon is quite expensive but the over all experience was very good.

The tech arrived on time as promised, he was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and made recommendations after his inspections to help me avoid future repairs. They had the items recommended on the truck so the items were installed without any additional service costs. He completely cleaned the unit and tune it using professional equipment. I was pleased with the service and would use them again in the future.,

It went very well. Our technician was very professional and showed a lot of patience in explaining his recommendations to both myself and then my husband on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He even made suggestions about our air conditioner which were very helpful. I feel things are running well since he has been here.

I called the company on (-7-13 and the office was polite and gave me a quote on the service call fee and that a tech would be available the same day in a couple of hours. The tech Jose called when he was 15 mins away and was polite and ontime. I was impressed that he was very helpfull in answering questions and explaining what he was doing. The problem was the capicator on the ac unit which he had in the van. Everything else tested out ok. I will use them again and recomend Jose to everybody.

Excellent work. Excellent customer service.

Freon was low, so the coils froze twice within the same month. Had them do a search for the leak the second time, didn't find anything. They are expensive but good. Will use them again.

It was great. We just moved into our house and the tech was wonderful with his explanation on how everything worked.
