They cleaned and inspected the furnace thoroughly and gave be advice on water heater and other future plans.

The service was great. We had to wait two days for the service, but the workmen showed up promptly in the morning and worked all day until 5:00 p.m. Can report furnace has been running well, and will have Energy Services company out to inspect the new air conditioning unit in the Spring.

It went fine. I bought my furnace and air conditioning unit from them about 10 years ago. Part of the warranty was to do have them do the annual inspection. They have never done anything that seemed unnecessary. It was a big deal purchase. To get it a little cheaper was a no-brainer. I didn’t pay more than the big deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I just paid the Big Deal price.

They did a nice job and found the problem was a cracked heat exchanger. They gave me several quotes but really did not try to force a decision from me to get a new furnace, which I appreciated. I actually went out and got more quotes elsewhere, and bought a furnace through a personal contact. The price I got was not that much less than the energy services quote. So they left a good impression with me.

They recommended it, I purchased it but I did not feel pressured to do so.

These are professional, responsive, trained and knowledgable folks. When i called this morning they not only had someone out today (with no hefty surcharges) but told me about the Angie's list coupon and let me purchase and use it which saved me enough to pay for the replacement part. The best part is they take the time to explain, answer questuins even if its not something that sellls a product. They offer solutiins and their expertise; i am very pleased I will be calling them when the snow melts to replace my 1986 (yep its that old) air conditioner

Keith was very responsive, timely and informative. He noted some potential issues and how we should monitor things but that it was nothing urgent that needed to be addressed.

It was good. It turned out okay. He quoted for a part that seems like it was excessively high and it was high. I would have to say do your homework before hiring this company. The price was in line with what I expected. They probably sold a lot of deals so it took them a couple of weeks to get me on the calendar but once I was on the calendar, they showed up on the appointment time.

The tech was very professional and showed me parts that were marginal or failing in my 15 year old furnace. He quoted me $167 dollars to replace an ignitor and a capacitor that were marginal He told me there was no additional service call charge for him to come back for the repairs (within 30 days)- after we discussed whether we wanted to do the repairs now or later. He also told me at the time of the cleaning that the furnace looked like it had not been cleaned in years! We had previously used the same one owner service for over 15 years on a yearly basis. The reason we switched was because of scheduling issues - he would call to schedule when he was in the area. This had worked previously because I was working virtual office. Since I retired last year, we could never get together. I was dissapointed in the hadn't been cleaned remark but on reflection could not remember hearing my previous service running a vacuum for cleaning! I also found out after the fact that Energy Services had been servicing some close friend's furnace for years and was highly recommended by them. I will be using them on a yearly basis to service my furnace and air conditioner

He did an excellent job and was very good at explaining what he was doing and showing me items I can do myself.

Average service. Based on the service saw potential replacement of HVAC furnace and AC. Energy Services estimator came out to do a quote but never contacted us about price. Poor follow up.

This was new property I bought so had no idea about current furnace condition. Customer service was very professional & honest. Technician arrived at site on scheduled time. Inspected the furnace & explained the details in manner anyone can understand easily. Provided honest & pro recommendations for things required to be replaced, fixed or other enhancements. Completed task in promised time-frame. Also suggested to get AirDuct/Dryer vent inspected & properly redirected us to get is scheduled. Waiting to se how the phase 2 goes. I absolutely recommend them for any Furnace related issue.

While the A/C maintenance went well, the techs messed up big time for the furnace maintenance. I just found out last evening when I went to change the filter that the techs forgot to close the furnace properly (Left the clamps open, side walls overlapping, screws missing ...) and the hot air is blowing in every which direction. I am just appalled at the lack of work ethic and lack of quality of workmanship. I didn't expect this as I have had good experiences in the past. Very disappointed to learn that I've been wasting so much money on heating costs and paid this company for screwing it up! Update: Kevin (Owner) sent his manager Jason over to review and fix the open sheet metal within a couple of hours my reporting the issue. Appreciate the quick fix and your dedication to providing good service. Thanks! I've updated my ratings accordingly.

He was polite, punctual and did a great job.

I do not have any complaints about the service. I like what they did for me and I liked their customer service. The technician seemed knowledgeable and he did a good job and it only took him about 2 hours to complete the work.

Replace the Furnace and air conditioning coill. Every thing went well, on time and very good performance overall, I will hire them in the future if I need it.

Checked out the a/c, added freon and replaced capacitor.

They did the furnace inspection and I signed up for their twice annual service program. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment, but that could have been due to the Angie's List deal.

First, I had this company come out and do a furnace clean in the fall of 2013. I went through Angie's List and used their coupon. They did a good job and the person that cleaned my furnace was great. Now, my furnace stopped working on 12/21/2013. I figured I would call them since they did such a good job cleaning my furnace. Well, they came out and replaced my draft inducer motor and got my furnace running. Took guy around 20 minutes to fix. Well, long story short, they charged me 602.00 for the part and installation. The diagnostic and service call was free because they cleaned my furnace less then 90 days ago otherwise, they would have added another 155.00 to the bill. I looked up that part and noticed that the price for this part was between 92.00 - 126.85. Now, I know they have a business to run, but charging me 475.00 to install a 126.00 part is UNFAIR. The part was right in front and very easy to get to. Like I said, he took around 20 minutes to take out old part and put in new part. They lost me as a customer and I just though you should know this.....

Excellent experience. Prompt response to my my purchase of Angie's list special, friendly and easy to work with in the home office. Gus showed up on time and was VERY PROFESSIONAL and kind to my wife and kids. In addition, he was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and provided good suggestions. He also replaced a part for $71. He gently recommended a service contract ($370/year), duct cleaning ($840), and some advanced filters. In no way did he pressure me, he just presented some reasonable options for us to consider. The entire experience was EASY and painless. I am a "raving fan".
