The technician showed up on time and did a thorough job. He could easily have sold us an expensive repair, but all it really needed was a minor adjustment. It appreciate the honesty!

We bought a coupon for a tune up of the furnace. I do not remember the name of the technician but he checked everything out and gave me valuable advice about what to do in the future. He did not pressure me into doing anything else and did not charge anything beyond the cost of the coupon. I would use them again.

In addition to the above, the tech was put on footies when walking around the house and was very professional. We will definitely have the guys out to check-out our A/C units this spring.

The owner emailed me the next day to let me know that he did not service my county (Cook) and offered to contact Angie's List for a refund. I ended up having to fill out a lengthy form for Angie's List to process the refund, but I was glad that the owner contacted me and let me know that I had to look for a deal elsewhere.

The appointment went great. It was easy to schedule, the Technician was on time and was quick and thorough. A part was wearing out that routinely needs to be replaced and the Technician was able to replace it, with an explanation and at a low cost.

Everything was good. They were nice and I would be calling them tomorrow.

He came right on time and did a really good job. He stayed about half hour. I think the price was reasonable. I had to wait three weeks for him to come. It took a while.

I called the company and had an appointment, I realized after that I didn't need the service. I called to cancel the appointment. They were polite, professional and responsive.

Work was quickly scheduled, workman was prompt and thorough. He recommended considering a new unit in the future but was non insistent or pushy as we are selling and moving. The price was right and we will probably use the company again.

Responded very quickly. Provided several cost options for new furnace and other items. Didn't push product; just gave benefits vs costs. Gave good discount. Install for everything was about 5 hours which appeared correct for all the work. Also, install looked professional once completed. Options and furnace provided are working as good as advertised. We're happy with products, install, and service.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. Although it is never easy paying almost $1200 to repair a furnace, the technician explained to me exactly what he was doing and the costs prior to starting the repairs. He also contacted the owner (Kevin, I believe) to discuss possibily buying a new furance as my furance was older and the repairs were expensive. I did not feel like they were trying to lead me in any direction; but simply providing me with information to make a choice on on my own. This is the second time I''ve used this company and would be confident recommending them.

This was annual tune up call and the service went as per expectation.

They were fine. I liked that they were able to come out quickly, were prompt, and were able to do what they needed.

the work done was very thorough and was the most detailed tuneup i have seen done on my furnace in the 10 years i have been owned the place. aaron disassembled the unit and cleaned in and around the area and the parts removed. it was more than i expected and he was very professional and explained what he was doing and answered my questions and concerns.

I felt there were hidden costs. As far as I am concerned, cleaning the furnace means cleaning all parts no matter what they had to do to get the job done

They came in and did not know what they were doing. The next day it broke. We had to go out and buy a brand new AC after.

Found no problems with my 21 year old furnace (didn't try to sell me something I didn't need). Answered some questions that I had. Gave me a computer printout report of the inspection detailing the tasks performed. Also provided some CO readings at furnace startup, after furnace rand for awhile, and then after furnace turned off. This is good data for trending developing heat exchanger leakage with. Seemed to know what he was doing. Came in, went right to work and finished his work in a reasonable time frame.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. I also purchased a yearly service contract with them which includes another check up. There is nothing special I can suggest that will help this company improve.

I had priced them against others and they had the best prices to choose from. They were able to come out to my home very quickly. The area where my furnace is is in a small closet, and they accommodated well and didn’t damage anything. They were able to get everything done before it got really cold which I appreciated.

My experience was good. They were on time for the appointment and were very prompt. They were fairly clean when they were here doing the work. Scheduling went fairly well and they were good about it. One person did the work and it took about an hour to complete the tune up.
