Excellent! Henry did a thorough job. He is meticulous. My PVC drain was not sloped enough so the flow is sluggish. He repaired it for little extra payment. Everything thing went well to my satisfaction.

I called twice and each time, I was told that Rick would call me back, and I never heard from him OR anyone else from this company.

I scheduled an air conditioning cleaning and inspection for today but since the technician wasn't heard of by 3:15 p.m. (in a window of Noon to 5:00 p.m.) I had to cancel. NO matter what I need done I am ALWAYS LAST to receive service. Had I kept that appointment I have no doubt that it would have been well after 5:00 before he even arrived. This is an ongoing issue and I don't know why I am always subjected to this treatment. It appears that appointments are always scheduled to accommodate their employees so they are always close to home at the beginning and end of the day - lucky them - I have to go to an office each day and my employers doesn't care how far I am from home.

Never contact me after paid. Looks like a scam.

For the emergency fixes, Energy Services was great. They were highly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We also found their maintenance program to be money well-spent. Twice they found issues that would have become big problems if they hadn't done the annual cleaning and checks. Plus, we likely wouldn't have remembered to schedule each cleaning were we not in their program. But the best part about Energy Services has been their technicians. Every guy they have sent to us was very professional (example: they always put covers over their boots before entering your home) and highly knowledgeable.

Tech came ontime as promised, found reason quickly. He gave me options for repair choices. I chose to temporary fix than replacing soon to be obsolete AC unit. Tech followed up with quote he left me for permanent fix.

They arrived within the time slot that was given when I scheduled for the work to be done. The technician was very polite, knowledgable, and professional. He gave me a brief overview of what he was going to do. During his inspection he found a problem and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. He made the repair, finished his work and cleaned up. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future!

Okay, except told needed more R22 refrigerant. Cost: $205/lb!!! Took 14 oz. still cost $205. Ouch!

We always obtain from Energy Services each year their yearly maintenance package. Thur far we've never had any major issues. This year though we decided to get our HVAC ductwork cleaned and we were very happy with the job they did. They videoed before and after (I was frightened how bad they were) and everything seems to be great. The only issue in doing the work was a wire came loose at some point but kept the system running through their leaving and then of course failed later on that night. I was frustrated as you could imagine but their service manager Jason came right out the next morning and did a rather detailed requiring of my control board free of charge to prevent it from happening again. Lets be honest the HVAC industry is never the cheapest no matter who you go with. The one thing I have found with Energy Services over the years is they do not lie in any way as to what is wrong with your system. Their honest, friendly, and punctual and in an instance like this are willing to help their customers in a pinch. That means a lot and their reviews demonstrate this.

I've been using them since 2013, they're very good. I have had a few people there that I liked, the one who is currently coming is Henry. He is very helpful and a caught a few problems.

Everything went great. They explained different options, did the work on a timely basis, and so far there have been no problems with the hot water heater that was installed. I would surely use this company again.

The service was not professional. They did not clean the filter's, when asked they said its not their job to clean but to service. In past all the servicing they cleaned the interior. Also, after they left the air filter stopped working.

They came to see what all was needed and it turned out that i was going to needed a knew AC unit. If not now then in a couple of years if I was lucky, because my unit of 17 + years had a leak and fixing that leak could be costly on its own. So i decided to go with the new unit for. $3600 and i also bought a new wifi thermostat so the total cost was close to $4000. They were here a day later and everything was installed good to go.

Very good! Rep couldn't have been more customer orientated. He wanted to hear our needs and expectations and did not "hard" sell. The installers were prompt, neat and efficient.Everything went like clockwork!

It went very well. He was very professional. It was one person who did everything and the owner checked it out. He was very punctual. They came exactly when they said they would. They did everything in one day.

The entire process went so smooth, it was like a dream. I forgot to mention that the whole process began with the young lady who answered the phone the first time I called. This is a very honest, friendly and professional company and their employees represent the company well.

Great! Henry was super punctual, courteous and informative. I bought the Angie's List coupon for $189 for the HVAC Maintenance Plan (which includes a future AC inspection/tune-up in the spring) and CO testing and added the $58 in humidifier cleaning. I've used this company before and have never been disappointed. We moved to a new house and Henry was able to give me good background on our equipment and made recommendations for future upgrades to preserve the life of the furnace. He also caught a leak due to an unhooked tube and recommended that we store our paint cans further away from the furnace!

Want to let you know that while buying a new furnace during the holidays wasn't something I planned on, or wanted to do over the holidays, Energy Services, made it as painless a possible. The furnace you recommend is everything you said it was, and I'm glad I spent the extra money for the upgraded model, and thanks for making it affordable. Anthony and Kyle did a terrific job installing the furnace. They went out of their way to keep the mess to an absolute minimum, they arrived early, did a speedy install, and explained everything.

I can't find enough superlatives to describe Matt W.'s professionalism and integrity. I had an emergency issue with a failed thermostat that was causing a precipitous temperature drop in my home, and Matt helped me troubleshoot and resolve it quickly on a day when the outdoor temperature had dropped below 0 deg F. I have since referred Matt and Energy Services to at least 5 of my neighbors for their HVAC needs.. I selected Energy Services for my issue on the basis of their high Angie's List ratings and awards. Matt W. demonstrated the culture of excellence that has earned Energy Services these well-deserved accolades. Highly recommended.

Very well. Marvin ( service tech ) was prompt, respectful and did the required service efficiently. Would certainly use this company for future needs. This was my second season of having them perform this service and both times it went well. Thank you Energy Services!
