He was punctual, polite and took the time to explain everything and recommend how we could help our furnace work more efficiently. I also got a follow up call asking how the service was and to answer any questions. I felt extremely comfortable with the company and have already scheduled a check up on our air conditioner for the spring.

For years I have struggled thru several overpriced unscrupulous HVAC companies who performed shoddy services, installed suspect parts, created problems to fix, and were way overpriced. As I was in need of new furnaces at dual residences, I thought that i would be a little smarter this time. I joined Angie's List and sought out a highest rated HVAC company in the area. I also double checked with the BBB for their company rating. This is how i was introduced to Energy Services (Naperville Illinois). I could not be happier. AAA+++ from me. These guys are the best, the cleanest, most polite and courteous, prompt, and best priced bunch in the business. From my initial phone call to their office i got the sense that this company is legit top shelf. They certainly saved me alot of time hassels and money. My days of dealing with any other HVAC companies is over.!! Give Energy Services a try, you will not be disappointed...

I was impressed with them. They were very thorough. They checked the temperature among other things. I feel that I got my moneys worth.

The tech arrived on time and it was great to have someone who understood boilers do the job. He was neat, punctual, and polite.

The furnace was shutting off on me. They cleaned it out and it went off again this past Saturday. The furnace is only five years old. They recommended I replace the motor and gave me the part number. I called them today asking for someone to come out today and was quoted $813 for the part offering for me to join their club and have the price reduced to $706. I called three other companies on Angie's List to find a better deal speaking an owner Mike. I gave him the part number and he called back quoting me $315 to have it installed. I cancelled the appointment with Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. because I got the feeling I may be getting taken advantage of. Mike with the new company stated he will come out for $75 to see if I even need the part.

Everything went perfect. I love that they did not try to up sell me on everything. Thy did what I needed and were very nice and helpful. Jarrod was super informative and very nice to work with.

They were trying to recommend a whole new furnace. I ordered a $5 part online and I repaired it myself. Scheduling an appointment was fine and there was one technician here doing the inspection.

The service went very well. I ended up having them install a new AC and furnace unit. My husband is very picky and he was very impressed with their service. He was very happy with the end result and we would highly recommend this company to others. I did not deal with the technicians much personally but I heard good things. They were very trustworthy and did not try to sell us anything unnecessary. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Kevin was very thorough and knowledgeable. There was some understandable upsale going on but he was respectful and polite when I declined.

It was not a pleasant experience to deal with the service person as the agenda was to sell/replace the unit only. When we asked for adding extra freon, we were quoted almost double (170 USD / lbs) so that you would say NO straight forward. Wont' use them anymore. Not recommended.

There was nothing wrong with the AC and they never contacted us so we didn't end up using the big deal.

They were able to come out the same day I purchased the deal. There was one technician here doing the assessment. They gave us options on steps we could take to replace or fix the unit so I liked having different options. They were truthful and we had no problems with them.

A past bad experience with an A/C & Heating contractor (see Air-Rite review) had me a little concerned about buying another package deal, but i'm glad i did. The Angie's deal $59 A/C maintenance package from Energy Services was an excellent buy and a very positive experience. Energy Services called within 24 hours of my purchase. They accommodated my availability and scheduled an appointment within a week . On the day of service, the technician arrived on time. He (Jose) was polite and courteous and explained what he would be doing. He first worked on the Furnace/Air Handling unit in the basement. He brought to my attention that a capacitor on the air handler was operating below spec. He suggested it needed to be replaced and quoted me a very reasonable $79. I passed on the repair as this is something i can do myself for a little less. Ironically, some basic research on AC service suggests a lot of the unscrupulous companies try to gouge you on this same type of repair (estimates in the $100's). Kudos to Energy Services for offering the same repair at a very reasonable price. The tech proceeded outside and worked on the AC unit. The unit needed freon - he added a little less than 1 pound of coolant. The package deal included 1 pound of coolant so i didn't have to pay anything additional for this service. He completed his service and gave me a nice summary of his work and explained to me Energy Services maintenance program options. I passed on signing up for an annual program; the service tech wasn't pushy or hard selling. It was refreshing to find a good, quality oriented AC/Heating company that focused on delivering good service. I'd highly recommend Energy Services and will be using them again!

He replaced the capacitor on the unit. I continue to use their service. They are expensive but they get the job done well the first time.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling during one of the warmer weeks this summer. We saw the special for a service call on Angie's list and Energy Services contacted us right away. They were able to send a service tech within a couple of days. He was very thorough and courteous. He inspected the problem, showed me what was wrong and reviewed the options with me. We were really not able to replace the system but he was able to get it up and running for the meantime. I was very pleased with my experience with Energy Services.

The technician arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my furnace and its parts. He was patient and explained all nuances and defects that he observed. He quoted me a price to fix and provided recommendations. He was not pushy about trying to sell me anything and told me to contact them if I decided to proceed with any of the recommendations.
