+ -1 moreIt was satisfactory and average. My disfaction was, the guy came in and was very nice and friendly but the follow-on work that needed to be done was priced just very, very high. Outrageously high in my opinion. For the big deal he just came in and evaluated what the issue was, why I was not getting water to my humidifier. He gave me good advice and everything. He was there on time and he was very professional.
Description of Work: I used a Big Deal with Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. about 2 months ago.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. The people who come here from that company is just super. They had an issue with the dryer and they would not stop until it was totally resolved. They cleaned up everything, if there was dust that came out or something they cleaned it all up.

He offered to have somebody look at the size of our vents but I opted not to go forward with that. I was very satisfied with the service.
Description of Work: They cleaned the furnace and checked it over. It included carbon monoxide test and safety assessment.

I'm having other work done on the house so he had to maneuver around other workers and their equipment. He worked efficiently and answered all of my many questions. He helped me replace the batteries in the thermostat (I didn't know the thermostat needed batteries! The thermostat at my last house was wired into the house).
