Very professional and curtious. I really think he did a great job. showed me the bad part and even helped take the filters out and stated it would be very hard to get them out and clean them myself, he was so right.

Provider came in and did basic checkup and cleanout of my two furnaces.

I purchased this service through a Big Deal offer at Angie's List. I've used them before to do a clean and check with my heater last autumn, and was very pleased with the experience. I had another pleasant experience this time around. I called them right after I purchased the deal to schedule the appointment, and they recommended that we hold off for a couple of weeks until the weather warmed up. (This ended up being a good decision as we had several days of colder weather and rain in May.) On the day of the service Paul, the technician, arrived on time and got straight to work. He checked the thermostat, the HVAC system in our basement, and the A/C outside. Everything took about an hour. He was efficient but thorough, and said everything looked good. I am glad to offer our business to Energy Services since they are local and offer outstanding customer service at reasonable prices.

It went very well. My air conditioner went out and I called Energy Services and spoke with Natalie - She was able to schedule a same day appointment (without an additional fee). She told me the Technician would call when he is on his way before 6:00pm. The technician (Chris) called around 4:00 to let me know he was on his way. I was driving in traffic so we had to handle the details over the phone. Chris found the problem was the batteries in the thermostat were low. He replaced them and the air started working. He mentioned that the unit could use a cleaning and some refrigerant, I had him do the work and am very satisfied. He was knowlegable, kind and wore shoe protectors when in the house. Just a note, the cost, with the Angie's coupon was very reasonable. This service from the company that used to service the heating and air would have cost me a little over $400. The service from Energy was $165. AAA rating from me.

It went very well. I had a known leak in the system (since replaced). The technician performed the recharge services and informed me that this probably wouldn't last (things I already knew). He did not push me into any type of sales conversation as at the time I was only looking to get through the season knowing I would replace the unit during the off-season. He provided me with his contacts for quotes, completed the service quickly and professionally. It was very easy to get a quick appointment. The technician was punctual and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to another person.

It went well. The same man from last year, came again. He is very thourough. He didn't find anything. He is very honest. They are very trustworthy, clean and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to anybody.

Provider was prompt, professional and repaired a wire that had burned out. Also provided us with a good recommendation on our duct cleaning needs. We were very satisfied and definitely will use them again.

They arrived as promised. We first reviewed my thermostat. They informed me I needed to replace the batteries. It was flashing and I hadn't even realized! We next checked the furnace. The made sure it was draining properly. They checked the output levels and did a thorough inspection. We next went to the AC unit. They thoroughly cleaned the unit. He tested the levels and Freon. Next he checked the output levels of air and temp inside to ensure all was working well. I will definitely use this company going forward.

Determined that the part I needed for my furnace was no longer made. When I asked for someone to call me back about replacing the furnace, I never got a call back. I found another company to do the work.

Very professional. Explained why the unit was not functioning properly and repaired the unit for temporary use with the understanding that the unit should be replaced. Another individual returned later to provide an estimate. The costs were well in line, but I was somewhat disappointed that no additional system were proposed to keep upstairs cooler in the summer. The recommendation was no changes to the vents/cold air returns and replace with the same size unit. We have had this issue since we had the house built and wanted it done right. With no further suggestions provided, we opted to go elsewhere. Time will tell if the other improvements made will have an impact.

Everything went fine. Very reasonable price. I had both units services. They found an issue with a fan capacitor on the upstairs A/C. Didn't try to push any unnecessary services. I will use again.

They were prompt and friendly. Very helpful. They tested our furnace and found it was running very inefficiently and had suffered some wear and tear over the last 20 years and needed to be replaced. They gave us a quote for fixing and a quote for replacing. Were competitive on price, we ultimately went with another highly reputable company that was $250 cheaper on a brand name furnace (versus a off-brand label Energy Services were offering). Good group, although I will say the gentleman following up on the sales side for replacement did do a good job of scaring my wife into thinking carbon monoxide was entering the home (the problem was the inefficient unit was exhausting out of the home a high level of carbon monoxide). Either a bad job of explaining it to her, or a bad closing tactic. Either way, they need improvement there.

It was fine. I think their responsiveness was fine. They scheduled it right away. I think there was an extra charge for adding freon or something. It was quite a bit. I had to pay like $155, so I thought that was high. I was expecting just the deal and then to have to pay another $155 is a lot of money. I paid $59 for the deal, so the $155 was on top of it and that wasn't money I was expecting to spend. I still don't understand why I had to pay so much extra. That's a serious amount of money.

I have my system checked every year but I have never had such a thorough review before. I did sign up for duct cleaning also and that will be coming up next week, I hope that the service is a good as I received today. Highly recommend.
