They were very prompt and worked very hard. They were nice people, but they didn’t do as thorough of a job as we were expecting. From what I remember, they didn’t move the furniture much while cleaning the carpets. They said that some of the stains couldn’t came out on the couch, but we’ve since hired another provider who was able to get those stains out.

I found EcoClean on angieslist and am very satisfied with the service I received. I decided to call them after reading all of their positive reviews online and was able to speak with the owner while booking. He answered all my questions and after giving him a small amount of information he was able to give me an instant firm price quote right over the phone. I was able to book my cleaning on a saturday since I work every weekday, they called when they were on the way and gave me an eta, they were running about twenty minutes behind their scheduled appointment time (1:00PM) but the owner explained to me over the phone that my "appointment time" was more of an estimate so I guess I can't complain. The guys showed up and were very nice and professional, they even put on shoe covers when walking around in my home. The cleaning took about two hours and all of the spots and stains that I pointed out to them came up, and everything in general went very well. I paid with my credit card, they have one of the smartphone credit card swipers that just swiped my credit card with their iPhone, and they gave me a free bottle of spot remover. I ended up paying $225 for a whole house cleaning, which was the price i was quoted on the phone and I'm very happy with the whole experience. They did all the carpet in my home and addressed each one of my spots individually. Great overall experience, will recommend. Thanks guys!

The cleaning was scheduled for Thursday, August 9th at 12:00. I started calling at 2:00 when the crew had not arrived. I finally reached the owner at 5:00 pm who informed me the cleaning would have to be moved to Friday at noon. At 2:30 on Friday after several calls, the crew showed up at 2:30. After cleaning for 3 hours, they informed me that the original quote for $150 would not be honored and I needed to pay $200. I paid the money so they could leave. After they left, I looked at my house and realized the furniture still had dust and my kitchen floor still had sever spots of dirt and dust. I feel like what was promised was not delivered and I will not use them again.
