Description of Work: They did a great job on our carpets! The house smelled a little like citrus, which I thought was nice. It didn't bother me and I got chemical would. I'm happy that we did we got such a clean carpet with such an eco-friendly products. They were very nice, and accommodating.

Description of Work: I think the service provider tried really hard and I appreciated that, but as a consumer we want what we pay for, and I'm not sure that was accomplished with me. They are a good company and my carpet was cleaner.

Description of Work: the call to confirm before arriving. They showed up in a van with a very positive attitude, and we're ready to get started. Well they didn't use the van to clean and have a machine mount it out there they brought in a smaller machine. This may not have been as powerful as other carpet cleaners in the past, but they used in orange base cleaner, which smelled great.they had a strong commitment to making sure that I was happy, and that they were doing a good job. They moved furniture is needed, and put the furniture back with foam pieces underneath each leg. Overall, I was really satisfied, especially because of the great attitude of the staff members that were here. I would use them again based on the results, and the attitude they displayed when they were here.
