They did a great job and they were very professional. It took a day longer than they thought it would take because the company was busy. They had jobs in other places but it did not bother us much. They hauled away all the garbage. They were respectful and did not make a mess. The tiles look fantastic and they cleaned up.

He was very detailed, made sure that I was aware of what/why he was doing steps in the install. Paul was very detailed and professional.

So far, so good. It's very good. They're very helpful. They have good ideas. He's got great craftsmanship. He is easy to work with. He is reliable, very professional and he has a lot of ideas to help you out. He is upfront with pricing.

Paul and James did an outstanding job, and I am remiss in not having posted this earlier. They care about getting the job done and pleasing the customer, and have extraordinary patience. They explained what they were doing in detail, sought my OK at various steps in the process, and made extra trips to our house to ensure that everything turned out well. They pay attention to detail, keep the job site neat, and come up with creative solutions when necessary. The finished job is superb. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, they did a terrific job. Completed the job in 5 days. We found we had to re-do the floor even though it was only 4 years old because the contractors from the national home supply store didn't do a good job. The tiles were already popping up, and the grout had fallen out in many places. Paul Dix Ceramics & Marbles' job looks like it will last. They suggested tiling the walls, which we hadn't planned on, but are glad it's done - looks beautiful. We've had some leaking in the toilet and new sink. Paul and James came back twice - immediately to try to correct this, but we eventually had to call a plumber to look at one drain that kept leaking.

They did a great job! They originally told us it would be done in four days and they worked extremely long days to ensure it was completed I am very happy with the craftsmanship and they cleaned up well. They also were very responsive to any changes that were requested and their price was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them.
