I was very happy with the overall service Dave provided. He was referred to us by our real estate agent, who indicated he had done previous handyman jobs for her clients. Despite very short notice he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, within 48 hours. He arrived in a timely fashion, went to work immediately and completed the interior work to our satisfaction the first time through. At the last minute, I asked if he could power wash my sidewalk. Even though it was getting cold and was late in the day, he did what he could before the sun went down. Excluding a 30 minute lunch, he worked for about 6 1/2 hours. I feel the cost for the amount and quality of work performed was very reasonably priced and would definitely consider using him again.
