Caldwell Banker sucks. My agent sign on with them and they forgot about me for two months. I had to get an attorney to get out of the contract, because they had abandoned me. I had to pay the attorney fees to get rid of them. It was the worst experience in my entire life. I would not use them again.

Morgan Jalili was our realtor for selling our condo and for buying a new home in Naperville. Originally, we did not choose Morgan to sell our condo and went with another realtor. That realtor was only able to get us one showing for the condo and would not respond when we asked for updates. Morgan, however, suggested some improvements to help sell the condo, and in a tough market for condos she helped us sell it after just a few months on the market. Morgan also helped us through the process of buying a home in an improving market. Morgan held her tongue when we were interested in a home that she did not think was right for us. She trusted that we would make the right decision on our own, but it was hard for her to not offer her opinion. She would only give her opinion on a home when we asked her specifically for it, which we appreciated. We made an offer on one home that had multiple offers on it, and we were disappointed when we did not have our offer accepted, but Morgan helped us through it. Finally, on a day where we were looking at multiple homes Morgan took us to a home that was not on our list because it had just been listed the night before. Although this home had multiple offers as well, we ended up getting this home and we hope to raise our family in it for quite some time. Morgan is a great realtor, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to sell our condo and find our new home.

Carol Gablik is the agent that sold the condo. We were trying to sell a condo in Schaumberg for a year and we really didn't have any luck at all. Then I was talking to Carol from Caudwell Banker and she made some suggestions for us but we were still under contract with another guy. The guy that I had been using wasn't listening to us and seemed to have given up. All of a sudden when his contract was coming up to be signed he then appeared to be urgent about us resigning. I didn't resign with him and gave Carol a try and she gave us all of these new ideas and it has been night and day. Almost immediately we had interest and then shortly after we sold the condo. She was sweet and enthusiastic and had a lot of great ideas and I would highly recommend her.
