Not good. Julie Doss was rude to me, calling me a pain in the a** to my face,when I came to see the Radon system that was installed because radon levels were twice the level they should be. She lied to the appraiser, telling him that the owner was replacing the driveway (it made it on the appraisal report). She took the keylock off the door before my agent and I could do a walk through of the house we purchased, right before cosing (final walkthrough). The owners left it really dirty, with garbage behind the trees in the backyard, garbage behind the washer and dryer, many deep holes all over the walls with no paint left or attempt to patch holes, torn drywall, scratched floors, and dirty carpet. Had I been able to do the final walk through, closing would not have occurred and apparently, Julie knew that. Also, the hot water does not work at the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink upstairs. I paid a premium price for a home that was not left in move in condition. Incidentally, I had a bad experience with another Charles Reutenberg agent, Sara McQuinn, so I guess this realty does not care about customers. Sara was selling her motherinlaw's home and we had a contract together with a verbal approval by her mother. After telling me that I had the house, she found a higher bidder, and revoked the contract. I have contacted the broker before about agents, and he was very abrupt with me. There is zero quality control at this brokerage. I would advise staying far, far away from Charles Reutenberg Realty. I have bought and sold 5 homes and this experience was terrible.
