+ -1 moreBecause of Mr. Wisniewski's travel plans at that time it became a case of telephone tag and schedule juggling before we could set a date to meet and view the project. Once that was settled the work followed. I paid him basically on a time and materials basis. I had no other quotes, only a sense of urgency to complete the work before the next winter season began. It was completed in one long day by a professional carpenter, Mr. Wisniewski. I am please with the work and paid what I thought was the wage of a professional. He arrived with the proper equipment and left after he thoroughly cleaned up the area about nine hours later.
Description of Work: Removed and replace rear door threshold and framing due to rotting from age, and to construct a step from the doorway due to settlement of the stoop over time.

+ 0 moreHe has done a lot of work for us. Jacek is great and very thorough. He did excellent work at a good price. He can be a little slow due to his perfectionism, but I was very pleased with his work. He does floors, siding, windows, trim, decks, and more. I would highly recommend him and have.
Description of Work: He made adjustments on 8 or 9 doors, in our 100 year old house, so they would open and close easily. The work took 8 hours.
