Perfectly. They vacuumed up the crumbled concrete, ground the floor till it was smooth, filled the holes and cracks, built up a sunken corner, put down the first layer (it already looked great!). Then sprinkled paint flakes with the colors of our choice, laid down a second coat (UV and stain resistant) and added an additional UV resistant layer to the garage's apron, which is always exposed to the sun. Jaime, who did the work, was very personable, and he and his assistant were thorough, meticulous, and neat! They cleaned up every day and you'd never know they were there. Since we had to store a lot of stuff in our garage, the company also rented us their 10' trailer for a very reasonable price: $175, so we saved a lot of money by not having to rent a PODS or MiBox, who charge delivery, pickup and basic rental fees. I highly recommend Cardinal Painting and Flooring. The cost included the floor coating, special buildup where the garage floor had sunk, and the special polyspartic UV resistant coating as well as the trailer rental.

CALLED FOR ESTIMATE. KEITH SHOWED UP EARLY FOR APPOINTMENT WITH A PROFESSIONAL BROCHURE COVERING INSURANCE, ETC. HE COMPETENTLY TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND A LOT OF PICTURES. THEN HE TURNED INTO A PUMPKIN. I CALLED TEN DAYS LATER ASKING ABOUT THE ESTIMATE. HE SEEMED CONFUSED AND SAID HE'D CALL ME BACK; HE NEVER DID.

DID A GOOD JOB PAINTING, BUT DID NOT COMMUNICATE WELL ON WHEN THE JOB WAS GOING TO START. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THINGS WERE SCHEDULED. ALSO HAD TROUBLE IN GETTING A QUOTE TO REPAIR WINDOW FRAMES. THEY CRACKED A WINDOW, BUT THEY OFFERED TO REPAIR, OR GIVE A $50 CREDIT.
