Nothing. ?Just gave a drawing of what can be done and gave a quote for 75K. He was good in explaining what he drew. ?but we said it was way to high and asked him to get back with changes to the existing plan to reduce the cost. ?Never got back at all.

We apologize sincerely if Mr. and Mrs. Krishnan’s experience with CB Conlin was subpar. We pride ourselves on both our current and prospective client relationships, and want nothing more than to leave a great impression. We conducted a one hour initial meeting with the Krishnan’s to review what they were looking to have done. We then designed and rendered a Landscape Master Plan for the entire property based on notes taken and sketches done at the initial meeting. Two weeks later, we set up and conducted a two hour evening presentation. During the presentation, Mr. and Mrs. Krishnan asked for a revision that focused on the back yard only, and gave a firm budget for a deck and small patio. The next day we revised both the drawing and the proposal, and unfortunately couldn’t feasibly get the project to fit within their budget. We then called Mr. Krishnan and left a voicemail explaining why we couldn’t reach the budget, and how low we could possibly go for their anticipated scope of work. We are not a high-pressure sales firm, and once the voicemail was left with no response from either Mr. or Mrs. Krishnan, we assumed they had found another firm that could complete the work within their budget. We conducted two meetings and completed a rendered master plan completely complimentary for the Krishnan’s, and we were excited at the opportunity to work with them on their outdoor project.

Very Professional and delighted with the final product.

Carter is AMAZING! He was so accommodating to our needs and assisted us in design. We had a concrete company pouring the patio, and Carter did everything in his power to connect with them and coordinate their efforts. His workers were extremely hard working and did an amazing job. We are planning on using Carter on our landscaping as well in the fall. Would highly recommend!
