One of the Torsion springs broke on a Saturday afternoon. Called BSD Sunday morning. A new pair of springs along with a pair of worn bearing brackets were replaced Sunday afternoon. Ron's a true professional and worked quickly. My only small (and I do mean small) gripe was the price of each spring. $119 for each is like twice what the big box stores sell 'em for but hey, this ain't a big-box and it got fixed on a Sunday.
