Description of Work: Bern has actually completed 2 requests for me. Frist was a repair of an outside spigot and he allowed my son to assit to save on time and costs. Second was a water line for washer repair and cap off a gas line. Bern also made suggestions to prevent freezing to the spigot for winter. I woud definately use Bern again. Jim Parker

Description of Work: Bern was thoroughly professional from the moment he picked up my first call to completing the project. When he arrived, he was wearing a nice looking "uniform," was punctual and courteous. The blockage in my lavatory sink was tougher than I could have imagined and he had to take extra time to actually go into the wall to pursue it and then clean up the whole area. When it came time to pay for his services, he asked if I downloaded the $30 off coupon from AL. I missed it, but he still gave me the first-time customer discount. He didn't have to do that. I would have no hesitation to recommend him and to use his service again.

+ -1 moreI have a new type of water powered backup system for my sump pump. The plumber said he would have to check with the some association for approval, but that was last summer. I called him around November, and said he hadn't heard back from them. Now it's January, and I still haven't heard anything. I picked August for a service date, but I honestly don't remember the first time I called him because it was so long ago. I wished I would have had an actual service date so I could get the pump I have installed.

Finished work in less than expected time. Told me to notify immediately if any leaks or problems ensued. None did. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Will use again for all future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Replaced water fixtures to toilet tank on bathroom wall due to freeze-up of on-off control and replaced leaking toilet tank refill mechanism.

He even offered a warranty; if it clogs up again within the next 30 days he’ll come back out and clear it without charging for travel. We are very satisfied and he did good work. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he told us that he likes his customer from Angie's List because they tend to be more involved.

Easy to understand, straight forward pricing. Highly recommended. Got job done in 30 minutes with a 30 day rodding warranty. It is a one-man operation, so your dealing with the owner.
Description of Work: Had to power rod the kitchen sink. Ran about 20' of cable.
