I used them Once a couple of years ago for mice in attic which worked out fine. This year I had a problem hearing mice in the attic again. Tom came put poison in the attic. It sounded fine for a few weeks. Then it started up again louder. Their work is guaranteed for a year. Tom came out again and looked around the house and saw no point of entry, and told me to just let the poison work, that I would hear some noises until they ate the poison. Now it is 5 weeks later, the mouse noises are throughout the house. Not just in the attic. I have called twice this week. Monday I called and did not get a return call. Weds I called and reached someone on the phone whio said she would try to get him out the following day. I never heard back. It is now Saturday and the problem is even worse. Clearly I need to be working with someone else to solve this problem.

Another provider was to be at my home to inspect how a racoon entered, and to resolve the problem. When they didn't arrive, I needed someone very quickly, as I couldn't have anyone do the work later that day. So, I contacted Animal Encounters. Stacy was very helpful in working out a time for Tom to come to my home, and Tom arrived within 90 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the fix within ten minutes. He set a trap, which trapped the racoon by the next morning. Tom and Stacy couldn't have been more helpful. I'll definitely use them again, if necessary.

They also installed galvanized plates so they will not return. They were polite and professional. They were also on time.

They came out immediately and did an overview and also checked to see if there were any other animals. They set a trap and caught him under our deck. They then put bricks over the hole and when they were moved, they came back and caught a second raccoon.
