+ -1 moreTERRIBLE PLACE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Managers Lance B. and Megan are absolutely awful here. Miserable people who hate their jobs. Prices are way too high and the same things can be bought elsewhere same quality for much less at better stores. Horrible customer service and never, ever go to this store.
Description of Work: I worked for this place for 3 days. Lance B. the most God-awful manager in the world, fired me for interrupting him during a meeting. Literally that is all I did. Wow! On top of that this store is bleeding money and they hate their jobs because they don't know how to make their store profitable and the higher-ups are coming down on them. It's no wonder they can't do well because they don't treat their employees well and they cannot get any real talent. Lance B. is a disgusting individual and should be let go immediately.

+ -1 moreManager Bryan is both inflexible and doesn't trust the customer at the expense of his own "knowledge." I bought a $2000+ Weber grill that should have included two Weber grill lights. Took the grill home and thought I would return to get the lights that were obviously left off the grill. Bryan was adamant that they weren't originally included and wouldn't consider the fact that he might be wrong. Well, Weber themselves have corrected his mistake. They will be sending the lights I should have received. Needless to say the rest of my imminent purchases are going elsewhere. They will tell you they work with customers...don't believe it.
Description of Work: Sold a grill from the store.
