It was very good. They came to evaluate the job the exact second they said they would be here. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They did a good job and explained what they were going to do. They did what they said they were going to do.

The company came out and checked for mold. They found mold all over our basement walls and crawl space. They came out a few days later and removed panelling, drywall and carpets. They also sanitized the crawl space and laid 6 mil black plastic over the entire surface of crawl space. They removed all debris in plastic bags out thru our family room windows because we have to downstairs door. They hung plastic in the entryway going down to the basement to stop any dust coming into the rest of the house. They ran 3 huge air filter machines to clean up the air in that area. They also moved the furniture that we could not and covered it in plastic to keep it safe. Our basement was very clean after they left for the last time.

He encapsulated the kitchen with plastic, then removed the damp drywall. He then treated the brick behind the drywall with a paint to excapsulate the brick from any future dampness. FInally, he left an air filter on there for a week aftertwards to clean the air even further.

WOW!! Puts it mildly. I got 3 different estimates, this one was the most reasonable, and Bob and his team the most professional of all 3. They came on time, cleaned up even what wasn't part of their mess, and left early. I couldn't be more satisfied. So easy to schedule with and to work with.

Very prompt and friendly. Professional and worked hard. Were done in 3-4 hours. Paint application was very complete and venting improvement was more than I thought possible.

I called the company at 7:30 in the morning for a quote on a mold inspection. I was pleasently surprised that someone answered the phone. He informed me that they do not do mold inspections, only mold remediation. I told him a little bit about my situation and he told me that I had already done everything that he would do to remediate the mold. He gave me one additional step which I will do myself. He was very helpful!

They were excellent! They were very easy to work with, were on-time at 7:00 am, and had very good communication. They were highly qualified and professional. Very few people do mold remediation, and the work they did was top-notch. They really put us at ease. He is also a contractor and did some extra work for us, which was nice to have it all done at one time.

I hired AllPro to remediate high levels of mold in my basement and to scrub/paint the basement walls. They did a thorough job and I was very pleased. I could tell a big difference in our air quality immediately. Unfortunately, the mold retardant paint did not bond to the walls (first time this has happened to AllPro). AllPro investigated what went wrong and came back at no charge and thoroughly re-scraped and repainted the walls. They went the extra mile to fix a potentially sour situation and were very accommodating to my schedule and requests. I highly respect and appreciate Bob's integrity (the owner) and his team's hard work ethic and excellence in executing the job. They worked quickly and did not cut corners on quality. They left my home cleaner than when they came. I appreciate businesses that I can trust to do great work from start to finish, and AllPro has earned my trust.

They gave me a very reasonable price. They gave us suggestions on how to do it cheaper than all of the other companies we looked into. They where very quick, prompt, and easy to work with.

All the guys were super professional, courteous and friendly. They were responsive via phone (able to set up work for the very next day, due to another job on their schedule falling through). They explained what they were doing beforehand and cleaned up after themselves afterward. It was a pleasure working with them.

Bob and his crew were very professional. Bob took the time to explain the proceedure and ensure us any and all precautions are made regarding the airborn spreading of the mold during the removal process. They sealed off the areas in and around where the mold was being removed totally containing the mold. A anti-mold or prohibitive paint was painted on all the ceiling and rafters. Any and all materials used in the cleaning process were contained and removed by them offering us the reassurance this problem would not get any worse and was arrested. Great job!!!!

Our basement flooded and it was determined that there was mold along the bottom of the drywall pretty much everywhere. Because we had 70s style panelling and wallpaper, rather than just having them cut the drywall up 4 feet, I had them revove the drywall and carpeting. While it was a very unfortunate event, Bob at Allpro was very responsive and came in at a competitive price.

excellent. They had to go to the attic through my closed on the second floor. I could not even tell they were up there. Not one piece of insullation left on the carpets or floors or closet anywhere!

Country Insurance (also highly recommended) sent them out to do an estimate to test my floors for moisture after my kitchen flooded. Bob Jones came out and did a moisture test. He explained exactly what he was doing. He recommended removal of my hardwood floors to prevent mold problems and damage to the subfloors. There was no pressure. I called later and said I wanted the hardwood floors removed. He was there with his crew early the next morning. They hung plastic in the doorways to minimize dust. They covered the cabinets too. Anytime I came downstairs they stopped and asked if I had any questions. Everyone was on crew was nice and professional. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They left fans to dry the floors and a dehumidifier. When the water reading did not go down completely Bob quickly discovered that I had an extra layer of plywood. He explained that there was likely water trapped between the layers. He said he could come back the next day. We had plans that weekend. I told him that my 3 young kids would be with a sitter that night and I was concerned about the safety in the kitchen. He quickly went to Home Depot with his worker and put down a fake floor, just for that weekend so the kids would be safe. (The hardwood people who then came in to do the estimate were very impressed with his creativity in coming up with a cost effective way making the floor safe for my kids, as were we! ) His crew came back Monday, removed the extra layer of subfloor and the fake floor. They discovered that the extra wood went under my cabinets and recommended removing them. I approved the work and they moved them. It was a good thing they did, as I would have had mold under there. Then Jerry, another manager, came by. He recommended removing the bottom of my sink cabinet, as the wood was soft. It would have to be repaired. I approved the work and he did it right away. I explained that my kids had allergies and I couldnt risk having mold in the house. Having kids himself, he completely understood. I was impressed with how the managers often came by to check on the work, and how the workers were also very knowledgeable and communicative. They were confident in what they were doing and why. They ran the fans and dehumidifier and left. They returned a day or 2 later to do a reading. It was good, so they removed the fans and plastic. They put down the temporary flooring with duct tape to cover up the tacks in my subfloor and smooth things out. What a relief! I also had a stressful situation with someone else (from another company) who was also working in my house one day. I mentioned my fustration to Bob, not expecting anything. I was amazed when he went out of his way to call someone else at that company and explain my fustrations and point of view to them. He solved my problems with them! Also, they were always on time, which made a stressful situation much less stressful.

The crew was professional, friendly and hard working. The job was well done.

They were very professional and cleaned up very well after completing the work. They were also very responsive to my phone calls.

All pro was very good to work with. I called this company two times. First time was cleaning the crawl space for mold, and the second time renting de-humidifiers commercial for helping in removing the humidity in the crawl space when we put concrete in the crawl space. Bob was very professional to work with and very honest. I would definitely call him again.

It went very well with All Pro. Bob initially returned my call promptly and worked with our schedules to come at a convenient time. It really needs to be mentioned that he did this even at a time when the whole Chicago area was just recovering from the major flooding from early last month and I'm sure his business was extremely heavy. As for the job itself, he did exactly what he said he'd do with regards to removing the section of wall, treating the small affected area and then sealing it off to avoid future problems. Bob's company does not actually do the drywall/painting repairs but he works with another company, Atomic Painting, to handle those duties. So All Pro did a good job of sealing off the area with heavy plastic while we waited for Atomic for a couple days. Atomic did a very nice job as well and we got everything done within a week's time.

Not surprisingly, they were very busy. Unfortunately, they couldn't schedule a visit for 3 weeks. I found another company that could come sooner and canceled my appointment. After the experience I had with the other company I wish I had been able to use them instead. They were professional and friendly over the phone and willing to answer the questions I had.

Bob showed up right on time and was very professional. He provided his estimate in a timely manner. Although Allpro had the lowest estimate, we went with another company because of a better and longer warranty. We thought a better warranty was worth a little higher price especially, if we sell our home and want to transfer the warranty to the new owner.

The best contractor I ever used in Chicago area. They did a very good job for the mold problem I had in my study room because of the deck water leak above. No worry and headache. Use them if you have mold problem!
