Steve is very professional and he tested and cleaned many places the previous companies did not even show us. He is very helpful and very nice! We also asked many other questions regarding our house maintainance. We signed up for his companies's annual service and will definitely recommend to our friends.

My experience was okay. It took a while for us to get something scheduled. Their communication was off and I was not able to be there when the service was done.

Their service window was from 8-12 or 12-5, which was too large for me. I said to put me as the 1st one in the morning, but they couldn’t accommodate me. I realized I used them before, also, and I had stopped using them. They were very polite, but the scheduling was not very flexible, and that's why I won't use them.

The company will not honor the coupon and claims the coupon is for cleaning only rather than Inspection, Cleaning, & Tune-up as listed. inspection and others service will cause additional fees. Every thing went well except I wanted the service sooner then they could do it. I ordered 4 furnace inspections at $69 per furnace. I called and canceled on November 20th.

Before I had found Angie's List coupon had phoned Air Rite for appointment. Was offered next day service. I mentioned the coupon to operator who said appointment had to be made through Angie's List. When I did that and recalled Air Rite, was told first available was Dec. 17th. Which left me time to get someone else here sooner. Thanks for your time and interest.

I felt the technician was very thorough. He was professional and courteous. He checked things that others in the past did not. He answered all my questions. The one suggestion i have is when companies offer deals they need to communicate their availability to perform the service before you buy. I had to wait about 3 weeks. I may not have bought if i had know that ahead of time.

Based on information received from the company after I purchased the coupon I decided to use another company. No work was performed.

Marco was prompt and professional. He worked quickly and explained the current state of my furnace and its components. I appreciated his honesty and professional opinion on how long it would be before I needed a replacement/ further maintenance. I will be using Air-Rite again if I need to do so.

In talking to them, they won't be able to inspect my furnace until December which is too late, therefore I decided to have the coupon cancelled. They also emailed me stating there would be an additional $98 diagnostic charge plus the part and labor to fix whatever they found . I sent an email back asking why I would pay a diagnostic charge when I purchased a coupon for the inspection. They said they only charge that if the furnace isn't operating. That doesn't make since since I purchased an inspection coupon. I don't think that their communication was very good.

My furnace is about 15 years old, and an off-brand (Tappan). I had bought the Angie's List certificate months earlier, but when I called the office to schedule the appointment, they had all the information right there, and I was able to schedule it exactly when I needed to, during a time when I would be home. I wanted to do this before the winter, as I had had furnace trouble in the past during the Christmas holidays ($$$). They had actually called me shortly after I purchased the deal, but at that point I told them I was waiting until the autumn, which they said was fine. The serviceman, Raymond, arrived right on time for the initial appointment -- he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. After checking the filter, cleaning the ("very dirty") furnace, and testing it for carbon monoxide (I passed), he told me that the furnace was perfectly operational but that two of its parts were old and wearing out, and could fail at any time. He replaced one (at a modest cost) and attempted to swap out the igniter with various ones that he had on his truck, but none worked. He then informed me he would need to order a Tappan igniter -- he was forthcoming about the fact that Air-Rite is a Carrier dealer, so the part would be a bit more expensive. I authorized that, and a few days later, the office called to schedule Raymond to return to install the part and told me the cost, which was not exorbitant. Raymond again arrived on time, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, I was very pleased with the service -- I feel this provider is professional and trustworthy. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to my family and friends.

They are unable to do the type of work that I needed. They said the Big Deal did not include boilers.

Terry Loyns, the service technician, does a great job. Terry is personable, knows his stuff and is professional. Have used Air Rite previously and have been very satisfied.

The technician, Dan, was punctual and friendly. He performed the maintenance and noticed the previous company that installed a thermostat left it hanging awkwardly on the wall. He took the time to fasten it securely to the wall. He cleaned the furnace well and took all of the readings on carbon monoxide. He was so helpful and so informative. I've used several companies in the past and I hope to use Air Rite again. It was one of the best experiences and a great price point thanks to Angie's List specials.

They could not make it out till 11/17/2014. We are going to find someone else to come out sooner.

Moving the location didn’t go well. While I was happy to get rid of the location where it was difficult to replace the filters, the work was sloppy and the edges are sharp where they completed metal work. Also, the filters I purchased from them don’t catch anything and I keep getting emails from them asking me to purchase additional filters.
