Since 1959 Air-Rite Heating and Cooling, Inc. is a family owned and operated company now in its 49th year of business. We have offices in North Aurora and Lansing, Illinois serving Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. We also cover Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin. Air-Rite has the staff to respond to your immediate requests and has proven processes in place to provide excellent customer service during construction, after closing, and after 15 years in your residence. We are proud of the relationships we have developed over the years with both our homeowners and builders. However, our success can be accredited to the support of our distributors and our involvement in trade organizations. Our Mission Our mission is to provide the very best heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems to homeowners, builders, and general contractors through superior design and installations backed by reliable and efficient service. Description of Work: $69 For Furnace inspection and cleaning. Service person called before arriving (early). I asked if he could come later (scheduled time) as I had to pick up my child from school. It was no problem. The work was great. My husband looked at afterwards and said many parts looked brand new and that he had never seen it cleaner. The serviceman had turned on humidifier not knowing it was broken which caused a some water issues the next day that we had to clean up. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The tech pointed out an issue with our attic unit which is vented through the roof. Bad flashing was causing a leak in the roof. It was a thorough inspection. We will use their services again.

Description of Work: I was concerned that my air-conditioning system had outlived its usefulness. Thankfully I was wrong and the service person who came out was quick to allay my fears. He checked and thoroughly cleaned the unit and showed me things I could do myself to avoid too many additional service calls. He was by any measurement or assessment excellent.
