Description of Work: Raymond checked my furnace out. Cleaned the dust out, checked the thermostat, changed the filter and checked the carbon monoxide. Everything checked out to be in good working condition. He was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing.

Description of Work: They came out and had to replace the heat exchanger and PCB in my heater. They had to order the part, took about 2 weeks, came out and installed and all went well with the heat exchanger but turns out PCB was bad as well. Fortunately they had one with them and exchanged it and furnace is humming along now. They were responsive and kept in touch.
