The Air-Rite representative (Tess) arrived on time to discuss options and prices. She had a strong understanding of the products and technical details. I was very impressed with her interest in having a satisfied customer. She answered my questions and provided honest and well thought out answers. She was even able to find a couple of state energy rebates which allowed me to control the cost. After the sale, she continued to be involved through the installation. She called after the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. The installers were both very experienced (15+ years) and clearly understood how to optimize the system. Len and Luke worked cleanly and were very pleasant to have in the house. They answered my questions and were responsive to any requests I made . My dogs liked them also. I had a couple of questions about the paperwork after the installation. I spoke to two people in the office. Both were very professional and quickly responded to my requests. I had received estimates from 6 HVAC companies. Choosing Air-Rite was the obvious choice given their responsiveness,expertise and excellent Angie's List ratings. Their price was fair, particularly given the extra service they provided.

They were good and we were happy with them. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. They also called to let us know that they were coming.

The entire project went very smoothly. The only issue we ran into was that they had to order a part, so it took a little longer to complete than we thought it would. The crew did a good job. We had a good experience with Air-Rite.

Henry, the technician, was prompt and very professional. His work was thorough and he answered all my questions as he conducted his service. This is the best service I've ever received for this kind of thing and would recommend Air-Rite to anyone looking for similar service. Henry was a particularly great representative for the company and I will ask for him by name next time I require A/C or furnace maintenance or service.

Great experience with tech Nicholas Lake! Very punctual, explained every detail, took his shoes off, identified problem and pointed out other repairs that would make the furnace more efficient.

A bad burning smell and a call to the fire department revealed that the furnace was the source of my problem. Air Rite was able to schedule me for service the next day. The brand of my furnace was not one of their standard brands, but they were able to get the parts and come back to fix the furnace within two days. The service technician was friendly and professional. Air Rite also called the manufacturer of my furnace to try to get them to pay for the parts under warranty, as my furnace is only 2 years old. I signed up for a regular furnace maintenance plan, and I received 10% off my furnace repair; however, the 10% was not originally credited to me and I had to call back to get it applied. They did refund the difference quickly and were very polite and responsive when I called. I gave an overall grade of B just because of the billing issue and because the service technician was much later than anticipated on the first service call.

I was very impressed with the consultation. Tess (the consultant) was prompt, very respectful, and really listened to us and what we were looking for. She was very thorough in the examination of our home and in terms of what we would need. There was no hard selling or anything like that. She said that she would submit the estimate to us and let us follow up with them afterwards--there was no hard selling or pressure after the estimate. She also really asked us a lot about where we had cold spots and warm spots, what we were looking for in terms of how we wanted the house to feel, and she looked at potential problems for heat leakage as well. The only reason we did not hire them was cost.

Great on all counts. They were fast, efficient, and helped explain so I could do it on my own in the future.

I thought that they were a good company. Their estimators were very thorough and professional, but their prices were a bit high for my budget. They were very knowledgeable.

We have been using their services for about six years. They staff is knowledgeable, they are courteous and send out reminders. If we have an emergency they are always prompt and reliable.

Call for no A/C. Came within several hours. Checked system and found circuit board malfunctioning. Replaced circuit board and re-charged system. Working great.

The service technician arrived at the time I was told. He was pleasant and respectful. As he inspected my furnace he explained everything he was doing. He also explained what I might watch out for in the future. It turned out to be dust in the burners. Air-Rite will accept credit cards, checks, or cash. Over all it was a very pleasant visit. I would recommend Air-Rite.

Great response from the company considering I had not mentioned I found them on Angie's List. Appears to be an excellent cleaning job, and 2nd floor furnace is working again. Cost was explained before the technician arrived, and the only additional cost was the 2nd floor igniter.

I first contracted Air-Rite for seasonal maintenance and have since used for service as well. Most recently my furnace wouldn't turn on. I called and they had someone at my house in an hour (with no rush service fee). When contracting for seasonal service, the rep. will throughly explain different plan options and each plans benefits. Customers with contracts receive 10% off services and parts. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again.

Needed someone to come out on a Saturday in coordination with some other work that was being done at the time. This Company worked with me around the tight schedule I had with only one day notice! Tech arrived on time (actually called to say he was on his way). He was able to quickly identify where the vent disconnected and cut into the drywall in the exact spot he needed. He didn't make unnecessary holes etc. Had the tools available to make the repair. Did a neat and clean job. Would definitely recommend this company.

We've been using them for years and they told me what they were going to do before they did it. They did a good job and I recommend them.

I have had a service contract with them for about 17 years and I like them because they are totally Johnny on the spot when I need them. The rate that I pay is $500 a year, but that includes preferential treatment on emergencies and cleaning the humidifier.

They were awesome as far as knowing the Carrier brand. It makes a big difference. I will use them exclusively in the future.

I like that they show up all the time and that they generally do a good job. They are also very professional and clean. I do have a yearly service contract with them. There is nothing that I dont like about them.

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I was able to get a service technician in the next morning. He was extremely friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly and had all parts necessary with him. He answered all of my questions in a open non-condescending manner. I will definitely schedule them for annual maintenance on the unit to ensure that I don't have this issue in the future. I have no idea as to if the prices were high or not as I have not had this work done before - it was $108 for the service call but there were no other charges other than the new motor and the freon. Seemed reasonable enough to me for the level of service I received in a quick amount of time.

Overall it seemed to go well. I was distracted during most of the inspection as I was babysitting. The service rep, Omar, was polite and careful to wipe the mud off his shoes after cleaning and inspecting the outside unit. He was prompt.

Some time passed before they were able to start the job, but once they did there was no nonsense. They delivered the parts when they said they would and installed them when they said they would. Everything works perfectly and we couldn't be happier.
