I was originally scheduled for 7/8 but Frank, who showed up early ,decided that it would be too much work for him to do both the furnace and air conditiioner in one trip, so he called the office and spent lots of time on the telephone with them. He told them they were "pushing too hard". Then, they let him leave. I was sort of amazed by this, since no one asked to talk to me, apologized for sending out someone like this or anything, but I guess they really care about their employees. Also, I always feel that if someone doesn't want the job, it's best if they don't do it. We rescheduled for the 25th and I was supposed to be the first call, but instead I was the second. Omar showed up right at the time he said he would. Because of the previous cancelled apointment, my other home improvement projects had begun and there was construction going on outside all around him. He was a good sport about it. He seemed to do a good job cleaning everything. He did pop the circut breaker on the sump pump by mistake but I have one with an alarm on it so I knew right away and showed him how to turn off the furnace. As he was cleaning, he said that my ignitor and capacitor were both "about to go bad". I asked him to explain that to me and he tried but I didn't really understand it, so I decided to take his word for it and have him replace them. It took him about ten minutes for both. For the run capacitor, he charged me $58 and for the ignitor $115. While he was finishing up, I decided to check the prices of these 2 parts online and I found that they were way less than that. So I called the office and Kathy told me that, unlike other places that charge for parts plus labor, they charge a "flat rate" and that was it. So that really surprised me because I still can't figure out why it was so expensive. It didn't seem to be either parts or labor. But I ended up paying it because I wouldn't have wanted someone to come out in bad weather and then leave or something. But if you've bought this deal like I did, I'd watch out for the extra, surprise expense you might not know is coming. And Omar did give me the rebate form, which still makes the cleaning a really good deal but between the rescheduling and the markup on the parts, it wasn't what I'd hoped it would be.

I got a $50 rebate for this which was a nice surprise. The service done by Ralph was excellent and professional. I highly recommend this company.

They scheduled time to come out right away. The salesman seemed fairly knowledgeable and promised to provide an estimate to us later the same day or worst case, the following day. A week later, we have not received any call backs and are opting to go with another company. If they are this unresponsive in providing an estimate, I'd hate to see how long it takes them to get the work done. We called three companies for estimates, one provided us with a full estimate and brochures before leaving, another provided with "ballpark" and then followed up with a formal proposal. Air-Rite was the only one that did not provide anything.

My A/C stopped working after a few uses this spring. I called Air-Rite and arranged an appointment in two days (they could have come next day). The tech called at least 30 minutes before arrival as planned. He was very professional and explained everything in as much detail as requested. I have installed a few systems myself in the past, so probably asked more questions than most. The tech suggested a PM plan for system cleaning and checks at a good price. I scheduled a PM cleaning later this month.

I purchased an air conditioning and heating special for $99. It was extremely easy making and scheduling an appointment for service. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating in finding a time that suited my needs. The technician arrived very prompt and was courteous. We paid $99 and filled out a rebate for $50. I'd say this deal can't be beat!

Anytime I had an issue I used to call them and they always did a good job and I’m comfortable using this company. I would rate them high overall and would continue to use them again in the future.

i asked that terry call when he left the job before mine as i was away from the house. he did that and was very prompt in his arrival time. he arrived, gave me his card, took off his shoes and asked where the unit was. he dealt with the heater portion of the event relatively quickly and went out to clean the a.c. unit. he discovered it was not cooling and spent quite some time figuring out the problem and the appropriate fix. he said he was not sure his solution would work but he wanted to try and if it did not work he would take the part back off and only charge for labor. seemed very reasonable to me. he did get it working via a non standard part for the unit and it has been cooling ever since. this is huge as he said the unit is so old it is really not fixable and a new one would be the only solution if the "fix" did not work. he communicated to me all through the process.he even made a point of putting the hose that he had cleaned all of the lint out of the compressor with exactly back where he got it. i will most definitely call this company for all future issues regarding my heat and air conditioning and , if the time comes, when i need to replace my compressor.

Raymond has been our technician for the last two years and we're always impressed with how thorough, patient, and polite he is. First Class!

Marco did a detailed job was friendly & helpful..and finished all areas of the job timely. As this is a new home for us, he even added a quick review of our new digital thermostats, as one of the jumpers were installed incorrectly. Great Job !

Called for service and my call was returned in less than 5 minutes. Less than an hour later, the repairman was there. He was extremely professional and explained everything that was required in terms I could understand. All in all, a great job.

I was happy with them. I think we went with them because they had a good rating on Angie's List. The technician was very prompt and he actually did some extra work for me. He noticed that our dryer duct was loose so he replaced the tubing and fixed that. They did pretty well.

I had asked five companies to come and give me a quote. My requirements were specific on several fronts - underlying technology, noise, service, install quality etc. Bruce V. from Air-Rite came over, listened to what I was looking for and offered me options. I was very particular about noise from the furnace. Bruce agreed to show me the recommended system at his home. I took him upon that offer and went to see the furnace at his house. Subsequently, as I was evaluating other furnaces / installers, I asked Bruce a series of questions via numerous emails/phone calls. He answered each to my satisfaction. On install day, Bruce came with a very good installer (Jeff, who was joined later by Matt). The installation went like clock work. These guys were very good! They made sure house was not messed up - laid work cloth all the way from the garage entry door to the furnace room, cleaned up real well and worked very professionally - all resulting in an excellent experience. I would highly recommend air-rite!

I called for service and was given a date about 2 weeks later (busy season). The tech arrived within the quoted 8-12noon window. Omar was very courteous and professional. He inspected the furnace, found a switch which was still working but very old. I decided to replace it and avoid another call due to breakdown. He cleaned the furnace, changed the filter and told me what filters I should be using (I had the wrong one). I had a question regarding the heat registers which he answered and offered me a $50 rebate on the replaced part. He was quick, cleaned up after his work and I felt comfortable with him in my home. Also, I opted to combine this service with an A/C check in the spring for a 10% discount. I would definitely recommend this technician and this business.

Called to schedule a fall clean-up service for the air-conditioning at 9am and the company was able to send out someone the same afternoon. The technician was professional, prompt, nice, and vey informative. The price included the maintenance/check-up service for the heater in the Winter, we just have to remember to call, which the technician reminded us of.

It was the hottest few days of the year so far so of course the A/C stops cooling! Air Rite was friendly from the first phone call through the service visit. The service person was several hours late because the whole region was busy. But he called twice to let us know his progress or lack of progress, which helped. A bad firm could have soaked us and oversold us something. But the approach seemed appropriate.

Responded quicly (within 2 hours of call). Scheduled for same day. Was on-time to the appointment. Explained problem and charges well. Very knowledgeable and personable technician (Nick). Received call from office the next day to see if everything was working and if happy with the work.

I thought the guy was extremely professional and that they did a great job. When they were going to be late, they called us ahead of time to let us know that they were running about ten minutes late. They called afterwards to see if we were satisfied with the service. I was satisfied with them and I would use them again. My husband does not like these maintenance agreements and the guy was pushing pretty hard for that. Outside of that, I would give them a good mark. I would definitely use them again.
