It couldn't have gone any better!

Marco arrived shortly after 8am for what I had been advised would be 8 - 9am scheduled with Air-Rite only 24 hrs earlier. I escorted him to the thermostat and then the basement furnace/A-C where we discussed a bit of the history of the unit(s) along with the associated humidifier. He found and removed a discarded air filter from the internal floor of the furnace (??) apparently left there by the prior installer. After about 10 - 15 min, he finished in the basement and then spent 30-40 min with the outdoor unit, flushing/washing it down and examining the electrical & mechanical elements. Marco was very knowledgeable as well as personable and helpful. Nothing major was found nor needed attending to. We're having a pretty warm summer and it's nice to have had the A/C looked at & maintained by someone with Marco's competency.

The service person called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he checked the furnace and he checked the condenser outside. We were a little low on coolant and he added some. I was pleased with his thoroughness. I'm glad Ihad the work done seeing now how hot the summer months have been.

On time-early even-and efficiently performed tune up on two AC units. Ourside and inside with the furnaces as well. Discovered a problem with one unit and spent a goodly amount of time getting to the bottom of it. A new thermostat was all it needed. Lorenzo had a replacement in his truck and replaced it right then and there and it was up and running.Felt he was very good at his job and defintely knew what he was doing. Would recommend and call back anytime.

It was awesome. I look forward to having them service my new unit.

We also bought their warranty. They diagnosed it and replaced a capacitor. They got us scheduled right away. They assign a morning or afternoon time but the technician calls before he comes. They got to us in a timely manor. My ac is working good. I will use them again.

Dan called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He provided clear instructions on what he needed and quickly found the problem with the first a/c and identified a similar issue was developing on the 2nd unit. After I agreed to replace, he brought in the worn parts and showed me how the specs were determined and did a demo of the test showing the part was out of specs. I felt very comfortable that I was not being taken for a ride and was pleased that I called this morning and they were able to come out this afternoon. This is my 3rd service with them and all have been really good.

It went well. Service person was very professional and pleasant. Provided extra coolant as the AC hadnt been tuned up in a long time.

Marco or Mario was an excellent serviceman. It was a tricky job. He had his supervisor out, downloaded the directions to my furnace, found the problem. He not only fixed my furnace but, he made it more efficient, saving me money in the long run.He was also very reasonable. he could have gouged me for extra time but, he didn't. I've dealt with 4 different HVAC companies (comfort care clubs and all). These guys were by far the most knowledgeable.

Bruce from Air-Rite was one of the two vendors that we shortlisted after getting quotes from 5 different vendors. Right from start Bruce was very honest, clear and prompt in his responses. He did not try to pressurize me with normal sales antics. He was very patient to answer all my concerns and questions and went out of his way to make sure I had all the answers. He also took the responsibility to do all the paperwork for the rebate that was offered by the manufacturer. He gave me a time of 8 am on 6/28 for the install and the Air-Rite truck was at the curbside at 7:55 am on 6/28. Josh was the installer and he came in and rang the door bell exactly at 8 am. Josh was very professional and explained to me what he intended to do and approximately how much time it would take for him to do those tasks. He went to work and got it done by noon. wonderful experience overall. No doubt they are highly rated.

Overall, very positive experience. This is the second time I have used this company-both times the servicemen were very professional and explained everything to me, and asked if I had any questions. I would have given straight A's across the broad, but they had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute on the day of because they got behind on another job. They did call me twice that day, and rescheduled as soon as possible. I will use this company again.

They were great! Prompt, clean, knowledgeable, and ended on time as well. I was very happy with their service.

The guys came out, put down ground cloths, got the old furnace out, the new one in (which wasn't exactly easy because of the very tight quarters in the basement where it's located), copper pipe run from the humidifier, across the ceiling and into the wash basin beside the washer (which they did at no extra charge) due to that being the only place to drain a humidifier. They tested, double checked work, and cleaned up all the debris. The work was done on a Friday while I was at work. My son was there for the installation and told me how efficient, professional and friendly they were. Mike came back out on Saturday, showed me himself everything they'd done. I signed the paperwork for the financing and have to say I was a little leery. I basically signed up for a Carrier Visa credit card and wasn't exactly sure how 0% financing was supposed to work under credit card conditions. Mike answered all my questions and when I got the first bill I saw that there's a "Special Rate" section for certain retail purchases...and it was all spelled out clearly. Actually, I didn't want to do a review until I was sure of the billing part. Works fine. Also got the rebate check in the mail. Done. Couldn't be happier with the furnace and humidifier.

It was just a check up. No, problems and they did a good job. Very polite, neat, on time and would used them again.

Henry, our tech, was one of the best service people we have worked with in a long time. Not only was he early, he took the time to diagnose the issue and went the extra mile to fix it. All around great experience and we have no reason to look anywhere else the next time we have an AC or heating issue.

The Tech Nick called me and gave me 1 hours notice of when he would arrive (I knew the window of time but his called narrowed it down which I thought was great. He arrived on time, was very polite and considerate, other tradespeople could learn from this guy. He spent longer cleanring and checking than other have in the past, my take is he was more through, and gave me a few pointers on the types of filters and even checked the furnace to answer a question I had. Will use Air Rite again and hope that I get Nick as it was an excellent experience.

The service technician, Nick Lake, called when on the way and arrived within the appointment time. Upon his arrival, I explained the compressor unit outside wasn't working. We immediately went to check the circuit breaker and Nick noticed the breaker was tripped. He turned the breaker back on and the unit kicked on. He then checked the line by the furnace and noticed it was extremely hot. After that, we shut the unit down and he checked the outside unit and found the capacitor housing bulged indicating a damaged component. He replaced the component and completed the AC servicing originally requested.Everything was completed in a very professional and efficient manner. I recommend using Air Rite and, when it is time to replace my sixteen year old system, I plan to give them the opportunity to quote. With the Memorial Day weekend temperatures in the 90's, the unit continues to work well and keep the house cool. I am extremely pleased.

Knowing I needed to have my central air conditioning inspected (done every 2 years), I bought an Angie's List coupon deal for Air Rite - $49 for a/c inspection, cleaning & tune-up with up to 1 pound of refrigerant. Upon scheduling the appointment, Air Rite gave me the typical 4 hour time frame for the technician to arrive. I know it's not typical, but it would have been nice if Air Rite would have told me where my appointment was located in the pecking order as I took the day off from work to get my house ready and run errands for a birthday party the next day. About 3.5 hours into the 4 hour time frame, while I waited at my house, they called to say the technician was running late due to a problem at the previous appointment. The technician arrived at the end of the 4 hour time frame and performed the work described above. The technician, Nick, was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough inspection, cleaning and tune up of my central a/c system. I had the wrong air filter in my furnace and he replaced it for free. I was also getting low on refridgerant and he filled it up with 1.5 pounds, which is more than the coupon allowed, at no extra charge. He also explained to me why the level of refridgerant in my a/c system was low and what to look for to monitor as it could be due to a leak. Overall, I was happy with the work performed by Air Rite and would definitely consider using them again. The only suggestion I have is they (and other companies that do the same thing) give the customer an idea what order their appointment is located within that 4 hour time frame. Customers have things to do too! :)

Another great service from Air-Rite! Jon arrived on time and got right to work on our two air conditioners. He spent almost two hours giving our A/C systems a check-up. Cleaned the outdoor coils and flushed the drain lines. Reviewed his work and answered our questions. Since this service was part of our previous Big Deal purchase, no additional payment was made. Thanks!

Overall the service went well. I believe my technician's name was Phil. Phil was on time and courteous enough to put on shoe covers while walking through my home. Which is appreciated, because I don't like tracking outside germs throughout my home. As for the service itself, I am not versed in refrigeration, but my central air runs cold and everything seemed to be in working order. Phil was nice enough to show me how to turn my humidifier on and off. In addition, Phil left behind an additional air filter. I appreciated the printout that checked off everything that was performed, because without it I 'm not sure I could have told my husband exactly what was done, other than the "AC guy came by". =) There are only two things that I felt could have been improved upon. 1) A confirmation call would have been nice, especially since I made the appointment approximately 4-5 days prior with the call center. 2) I didn't mind Phil filling his water bottles up in my kitchen, but as a matter of courtesy it would have been nice for him to have asked permission. Sort of in the same way as going to someone's home for the first time, and asking if it is okay to use the restroom. Other than that everything was great! Great Service and Great Deal!

I scheduled the service because I was pretty sure my upstairs A/C unit needed freon, the A-coil had started to freeze up when I had run it purposefully for a long period of time, that unit needed 2 pounds of freon. The other unit did not require any freon. The work Fred performed for the $49 was very thorough & some of it surprising. I did not expect filter replacement, battery replacement in thermostats nor the re-caulking of the lines entering the house. I felt that the service that was provided was above & beyond.

Everything went smooth. With the plan, we had difficulty a couple of times. They came out a couple of times. They're always willing to help. They clean up after themselves. They don't leave a mess behind. They're respectful in every way. They respect your property. They respect everything. I would use them in the future without a doubt.

Called to set up an appointment, they fit us in the same day for no extra cost, came out and inspected the AC, determined the programmable thermostat on our upstairs zone was broken and replaced it. Very friendly, prompt and efficient. Would definitely recommend, signed up for yearly inspections from this company after this experience.
